About the home

Puffin House is situated on Roserrow Golf and Country club which has excellent golf and leisure facilities including an indoor pool. For golfers other famous courses such as St Enodoc and Trevose are nearby. Located on the Camel Estuary Puffin is within walking distance of the sandy beaches of Polzeath and Daymer and a short hop on the ferry to Padstow and Rick Stein's famous restaurant and Cookery school.

Puffin offers something for everyone walking, cycling, surfing, sailing, golf, coasteering and the simple joys of the beach. Bring your dog too for his holiday, long walks and a gated garden make Puffin the ideal location for all the family.

Sloping garden down to lake and stream be prepared for visits from the ducks!

Rental of the property does not include free use of the leisure facilities at Roserrow. Guests can take out temporary membership of the club for their stay allowing them to use the pool and gym and can book tennis courts, golf and beauty sessions. There is also a restaurant in the club house serving food all day during busy periods.

Roserrow is a development of luxury holiday homes nestling in a valley of 450 acres of pasture and woodland. It has its own golf course, club house and leisure facilities.

Polzeath is walking distance across a footpath on the golf course and has shops,restaurants, surf schools and its famous sandy beach.

A short drive away is Rock which offers sailing and water skiing on the Camel estuary and a ferry running all day across to Padstow.

“Stunning house in a great location with superb facilities.” We stayed at Puffin house in May this year and will definitely return next year. With 7 adults and 1 child under 2 yrs we had more than enough room. The house had a wonderful layout and was beautifully furnished with lots of dining space, outdoor space and lots of bathrooms! It is set in gorgeous surroundings with a pond and some ducks which my daughter loved to feed. The golf club nearby is really friendly and has wonderful views and we had a delicious dinner there one night, they are also child friendly which was excellent. Polzeath beach is a short drive away or a 20-25 minute walk through the golf course. I would highly recommend this beautiful property.
