Cottage | 3 bedrooms | sleeps 6
A detached house with wonderful estuary views, in a secluded position at the start of the hall walk, but still close to the centre of the village within a few minutes of all the amenities. Springhill Cottage provides the perfect location for a family holiday or group of friends.
Accessed via a side door you enter the private secluded garden which gives the little ones a safe secure space to play where they can be supervised from the kitchen and lounge or from the gardens best feature - the raised deck with good views of the river.
Painted wooden floors give the house a light and airy feel. It has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. No expense has been spared in the large kitchen/diner, a large range, stylish fridge freezer and quirky Belfast sink and mixer is all the most temperamental chef could ask for. After a busy day out and about relax in the comfortable lounge with river views which features a wood burning stove for those romantic nights in. Relaxing is what the very spacious downstairs bathroom was designed for, it's easy to imagine any cares and worries just soaking away in the big roll top bath, what more could you need - a glass of wine?
An original stain glass window gives light and interest as you move upstairs where there are three bedrooms, a kingsize master with en suite shower and w.c., a pretty double and a twin room ideal for children. All rooms having views over the river and village. A second washroom with w.c. and hand basin is accessed from the hallway.
Springhill Cottage sleeps 6 very comfortably, is private and ideally suited to enjoy a peaceful holiday and with wifi you can still stay connected to the hustle and bustle if you need to be.
