Anneth Lowen is a 3 bed detached luxury style lodge on a John Fowler Holiday Park at Killigarth in Polperro. The lodge is 3 years old and offers superb luxurious accommodation by way of: fabulour open plan living space with 42" flatscreen t.v, dvd, i pod dock, dining area off of ample sized kitchen with: gas hob and oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine. 3 bedrooms: 1 double ensuite (with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c), 1 twin and 1 single bedroom (with guest bed for additional guest). All bedrooms have flatscreen t.v.s. Family bathroom with bath, wash hand basin and w.c. Wonderful decked verandah to two sides with garden furniture and bench. Full gas central heating and double glazing throughout. Parking for 1 car directly outside plus additional car parking v. close by. This lodge is ideal for those with mobility restriction as there is a ramp to the front door and the accommodation is laid out on one level. Ask for more details. There is internet access on site at an additional cost. There is an indoor heated pool for guests to use free, sauna, gym, tennis etc. Evening entertainment, cafe/restaurant in season. Ask for more details. The site facilities close between the end of October and end of March yearly.

The West Country / Cornwall region

Polperro is a small fishing village with quite a few pubs, well acclaimed restaurants and gift/art shops. The coastal path also passes through Polperro so you can enjoy a beautiful scenic walk passing through many coves and wonderful bays. Its a 5 mins drive from the bustling fishing town of Looe with its 2 beaches, one long and sandy, one rock pooly. Many boat trips can be enjoyed from Looe, including coastal cruises, glass bottom boat trips etc. A 30 mins drive will see you in the city of Plymouth, and an hour 15 mins drive will see you in the Cornish city of Truro. 20 mins drive will see you on the wonderful Bodmin Moor where you will discover our true mining history, along with old engine houses. Polperro is surrounded by miles of coastline, every few miles you will discover a new bay or beach, MIllendreath, Seaton, Downderry, Portwrinkle, Whitsand Bay and many others. Polperro is a truly idyllic fishing village within quick and easy distance of so much to see and do.

Anneth Lowen is a 3 year old detached luxury lodge lying on a level plot on Killigarth Manor Holiday Park. The holiday park is a well maintained site consisting of other lodges and high spec mobile holiday residences each occupying its own good sized level plot with sunny, light and airy outlooks. Anneth Lowen is Cornish for "Happy Home", being no exception as it lies in a sunny position with fully enclosed verandah running the whole lengths of two sides with two separate access points. with garden furniture enabling guests to sit out and enjoy a longer day whilst French doors lead conveniently into the large living area for ease. Killigarth lies on the fringes of the very popular fishing village of Polperro and there is a foot path taking you down hill to the village centr (approx 10 mins walk). This site itself has much to offer (from End of March - end of October whilst open), well stocked convenience store, indoor heated pool, amusement arcade, sauna, childrens play area, cabaret and lounge bars (with nightly entertainment in the peak season), crazy golf, fitness room, tennis court and restaurant and take away. All of these are offered to guests to use. The lodge is available to book all year around. Polperro is a working fishing village with its vibrant harbour, small beach and maze of traffic free windy streets showing off its fabulous gift/art/gallery shops. There are lots of pubs offering fine ales and good food and some lovely locally acclaimed restaurants not to mention the local bakery offering more goodies. A 5 minute drive from Polperro wiill see you in the bustling fishing town of Looe with its long sandy beach on the east side and rock pooly beach on the west side. There are many boat trips on offer in Polperro and Looe, speed boat rides, glass bottom boat trips, coastal cruises to name but a few. There are miles and miles of coastline in both direction from the lodge, not forgetting the Eden Project about 40 mins drive away.
