A picturesque luxury holiday lodge, with a spectacular sea view. There are three bedrooms, comprising one double and two twin rooms, and two bathrooms, with all furnishings, including Sky TV, Freeview Plus and DVD player, washing machine, and patio furniture on the large deck area.
The lodge is centrally heated and double-glazed, so ideal from those autumn breaks or even a Christmas and New Year experience.
The lodge is situated on a John Fowler Holiday Park so all amenities are accessible and free, including heated indoor pool and tennis courts, kids club, gym and lots more.......Visit our website to check all the local amenities. The link can be found in our contact section.

There are two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the double room, the other has a full size bath wih overhead shower.

There is a large balcony area, with patio furniture overlooking a beautiful sea view. The lodge comes with all the amenities of the holiday park free of charge, inc indoor pool, nightly entertainment, kids club, plus lots more. You also have free use of John Fowler sister site which is about 2 miles away called Trelawn Manor they have many facilities as well as an outdoor pool.

The specification in the lodge was fantastic. Extra touches were very much
appreciated and made it feel home from home, every single thing was
provided from bottle opener, bath mat, lamps, to pictures, hairdryer,
radio and sky tv. The lodge was warm and very comfortable. We really
appreciated the outdoor furniture too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your lodge, it was amazing. We were
extremely impressed with the specification, cleanliness and location.
We really appreciated your thoughtful welcome of cornish tea and all the
extras in the lodge. We certainly took advantage of sitting out on the
decking in the sun early on in the week and even had breakfast alfresco.
All in all we were fully satisfied and could not have asked for more.

Malcolm and Jane Weaver generously donated a week in their lovely Lodge to
a charity auction in aid of Cancer Research and Helen & Douglas House
Hospices. We were lucky to secure the highest bid and thoroughly enjoyed
a fantastic week in the Lodge, which was very comfortable with every
thought given to make it a 'home from home'.
The Lodge is in a lovely quiet location with easy access to stunning
beaches and gorgeous Cornish picture postcard towns and countryside.
There is a beautiful sea view from the lounge too!
Housekeeper Kate welcomed us with a delicious Cornish cream tea - what a
wonderful thought!
We enjoyed the added extras of the indoor swimming pool and gym
facilities, our two teenage sons enjoyed the Sky TV, playing tennis, table
tennis and snooker too.
I arranged my Sainsbury's delivery for when we arrived, which made life so
simple! But there is a small shop close by which stocks most things you
may need.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, the accommodation was first class.

Thank you for a lovely holiday in your beautiful lodge. We all loved it. The children have never been to Cornwall before and really enjoyed the beaches, crabbing and especially the scones! The lodge was very clean and had everything we needed, an excellent base for our holiday.

The West Country / Cornwall region
Killigarth Manor snuggles in the side of Talland Valley, South-East Cornwall's best kept secret, with a lovely view to the sea. There is a public footpath to Talland bay, and only a short distance to the picturesque harbour village of Polperro. A little further is the bustling fishing town of Looe, where shark fishing is a must!
The lodge is within reach of the famous Eden Project, and the historic city of Plymouth. The beautiful port of Fowey is not far, encompassing all the romance of Daphne Du Maurier's Cornwall. Last but not least is the wonderful magical Bodmin Moor, a must for walkers!
The Polperro area
All the John Fowler Park facilities are available in the main season, including nightly entertainment, heated indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and wi-fi availability. There is a small shop on the park. However, there are over 30 eating places in Polperro, ranging from pasty shops to fine dining restaurants.
Looe has even more, including some spectacular fish restaurants! Polperro Festival takes place at Midsummer and is a week long arts and music festival. There is a great Golf club in Looe, and many fishing opportunities for both coarse and sea.

The perfect place for a restful holiday, the lodge has beautiful views, and has everything you would need, we didn`t want to leave, also there is some lovely walks in the surrounding area, would certainly go back. We took our 3 children to Cornwall this year and stayed in Lodge 304. The accommodation was lovely and clean, very comfortable and perfect for our family of 5. It is a spacious lodge with lovely surroundings and has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully equipped, the two bathrooms were a bonus, and the beds were very comfortable. There is a lovely decking area with furniture where we could sit and the children could play. It has a pool on site and entertainment, but we tended to go out exploring the Cornish beaches and countryside. All in all, we had a great time, the weather was kind to us which obviously helped, and we all had a fantastic holiday. I would definitely recommend the lodge for a great holiday and the lovely Cornish tea to greet us was greatly appreciated after a 7 hour journey! We will definitely book again.
