Villa 271 is a nice country home just off the road from Pollensa to Lluch monastery, only a short drive from the old town of Pollensa and to the beaches at Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
The villa has a private pool and plenty of character and personality, enhanced by its beamed ceilings. The garden as well as the sun deck area have stunning views of the Puig de María hill opposite the village and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains in the back. There is a private driveway to the house with plenty of parking area.
The entrance hall leads us into the dining area, situated next to the fitted kitchen and its pantry. The lounge is comfortable and has satellite TV. There is also a twin bedroom and a full bathroom on the ground floor.
The two other twin rooms are upstairs, as well as another full bathroom and a shower room. Both bedrooms have fantastic views. The master double bedroom is accessed from the corridor and has French doors leading out onto its own private terrace,
There is a built-in barbecue near the covered, front terrace, ideal for summer meals as fresco and simply chilling out. The pool area is bordered by a well kept lawn and offers total privacy. This is a quiet holiday villa for those who look for a traditional country home in a good location.
