The 4 bedrooms have all very spacious terraces and the very large dining room terrace has a BBQ with “AL FRESCO” dining area and great views. The floodlit pool (8 x 5 m) is situated on a separate level of the property further down from the house within a beautiful lawned Mediterranean garden. One double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
First Floor: One double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a very spacious roof terrace with fantastic views. This bedroom has got air conditioning. New!!
Second Floor:Two double bedrooms each one having private access to large covered terrace with magnificent views. Full bathroom with bidet.
Air conditioning in the other 3 bedrooms upon request (extra fees). Fans available (no extra fees).
No air conditioning is needed normally in summer up in the Pollensa hills as there is always a breeze going on so you can enjoy the pure and fresh mountain air.

The holiday villa has spacious panoramic terraces including one covered roof terrace, all with stunning views over Northern Mallorca: mountains, Pollensa, sea.
The typical Majorcan Country Villa Finca Can Sagra is situated on the slopes of the Serra de Tramuntana near Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa. On the 27th June 2011 the Tramuntana Range was awarded World Heritage Status by UNESCO as an area of great Physical and Cultural significance. The location of the holiday villa is absolutely unique.

Rental is per week. Minimum rental is one week.
During the peak season (mid-June until mid-September) changeover day is saturday. From mid-September until mid-June arrival could be any day of the week upon agreement. Arrival time is 3 pm and departure 10 am.
Maximal occupation: 8 persons incl. children.
A car is needed.
Private rental direct with the owner.
Early booking highly recommended.
Conditions
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

The Pollensa / Valle de Colonya area
Our Villa is located near the historical town of Pollensa (1,5 km), one of the most privileged places of Mallorca, and at the foot of the Tramuntana Mountains, with its environmental protected areas. Situated on the North side of Majorca, Pollensa, including Port de Pollenca, Formentor and Cala Sant Vicenç, is one of the most beautiful and attractive places of this Island. The magnificent mountains and bay offer a charming and wonderful setting full of contrasts: steep mountains and deep lovely green valleys ending in lonely bays with crystalline water. The most beautiful and sandy beaches of Majorca are at a short drive of the romantic holiday villa FINCA CAN SAGRA.
The municipality of Pollensa offers a wide range of cultural events including art galleries, international music festivals, shops, handcraft, excellent restaurants and the possibility of practising any types of nautical sports and other sports. Only at a distance of 1,5 km of the villa Can Sagra is the Pollensa Golf Course and at 15 min. by car the Aucanada Golf Course (18 wholes). Northern Mallorca is a perfect place for Walkers, Hikers, Bikers and Trekkers. And the s'Albufera Natural Park near Alcudia as well as the Tramuntana Mountains are a "must" for Birdwatchers.
The location of our Mountain Villa Can Sagra with its unforgettable views is really unique and absolutely breathtaking.

Availability notes:
Can Sagra can not be rented out from November to the end of March as we are doing a big reform. We are having new bathrooms, new kitchen, new beds and lots and lots more. We will update all the new changes in the villa.
