Ca’n Noble d’en Vallori has four air-conditioned bedrooms, three in the main villa and one in the annex, and is set amongst attractive grounds laid mainly to lawns and a profusion of colourful flowers. The villa is built and furnished in a rustic, traditional Mallorquin style has a fenced swimming pool making it an ideal choice for familes with young children .
This lovely, traditional country villa is situated just a 15 minute walk from Pollensa and is ideal for couples or families not wanting to be confined by the use of a car. Sleeping six guests in the main villa and two in the annex, Ca'n Noble has proved very popular with extended families in recent years.

The front porch leads into the living room which has a dining area with an impressive fireplace and dining table. There is a separate lounge area with two settees, a bar, satellite television (with limited English channels), DVD and CD player. Stairs lead up to a loft area set above the living room which has a fireplace and an additional seating area which in turn leads onto a roof terrace from which there are far reaching views. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and a small breakfast table
Three of the air-conditioned bedrooms are located on the ground floor of the main villa. There is a double bedroom with a shower room en-suite and two twin bedrooms which share a separate full bathroom, including a separate shower. Across the rear covered terrace is the air-conditioned annex which sleeps two and comprises a double bedroom, a sitting area and an en-suite shower room.

At the rear of the villa the covered terrace has a large wooden table, the perfect setting for long leisurely lunches. On one side of the terrace there is an outside kitchen and laundry room with a washing machine, whilst on the other side there is a built-in barbecue and an old bread oven.
The private swimming pool measures 9 x 4 metres with a depth that ranges from 1.3 to 2.2 metres and is situated at the side of the house. The pool, with a wooden decking surround, is accessed by both steps and a ladder and has been fenced for security. A Jacuzzi is located on the terrace beside the pool. The gardens are a mixture of lawns and colourful flowers and also includes a small children’s playground with a slide and see- saw.

Further details
SECURITY DEPOSIT – is payable locally to the managing agent of the property on arrival by credit card imprint. This will be destroyed at the end of your stay, however you will be advised should there be any deductions for breakages or additional charges.
TENANCY TIMES - the property is available for occupation after 1500 on your arrival day and should be vacated by 1000 on your day of departure. Please bear this in mind when you are booking your flights.
Conditions
BOOKING PROCEDURE : A deposit of 30% of the total rental is payable at the time of booking and the balance of 70% is required two months before the start of the rental.
We can accept payment in either Sterling or Euros, by cheque, bank transfer, debit or credit card, although in the case of the latter we reserve the right to pass on the associated merchant charge.
CANCELLATION CHARGES : Should you unfortunately have to cancel your rental the following charges are payable:
If the cancellation is made -
* More than 63 days before start of the rental - loss of deposit
* Between 63 days and 42 days - 50% of the rental cost
* Between 42 and 28 days - 80% of the rental cost
* Within 28 days of the start of the rental - 100% of the cost of the rental
In the light of these cancellation charges it is strongly advised that all clients take out comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover. Cancellations must be advised in writing.
RENTAL AGREEMENT - in arranging rentals for Ca'n Noble d'en Vallori we are acting as agents for the local management company who act as principal for the rental agreement. Copies of their booking conditions are available on request.

Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands and the most varied. For many years Mallorca was synonymous with mass tourism but in recent years it has become a quality destination offering a wide range of holidays, notably for villas and apartments.
Whilst some areas of the coast in the south and east have been overdeveloped with exuberant resorts, the capital, Palma still retains much of its historical flavour sporting grand mansions and a magnificent Gothic cathedral in its bustling centre. In the north of the island, nestling below the peaks of the majestic Serra de Tramuntana mountain range are the charming historic towns of Pollensa and Old Alcudia, and the family friendly resorts of Cala San Vicente with its stunning location and Puerto Pollensa, fronting its wonderful bay, sparkling waters and long sandy beach.
Mallorca is an island of immense variety with all the ingredients for an unforgettable stay - dramatic mountain scenery, golden beaches, hidden coves, timeless villages and ancient monasteries, an excellent range of sports both on land and on water, plus a distinctive and varied cuisine.
The Pollensa area
Historic POLLENSA lies in the lee of the Tramuntana Mountains and is a peaceful old town that has been largely unaffected by tourism. Pollensa was established a few miles inland to protect against pirate attacks; whilst its harbour, Puerto Pollensa, was left as an unprotected outpost.
Pollensa is one of Mallorca’s most celebrated cultural towns with much of the historic medieval centre remaining intact, particularly between the Plaça Major and the Via Crucis, which leads to the summit of El Calvario. The Plaça is also home to a cluster of excellent restaurants, cafes and bars and a great setting for long leisurely lunches or dinners; and a busy weekly market.
SPORTS enthusiasts are well catered for - the wonderful sandy beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente offer a good selection of water sports, ranging from wind surfing to sailing, snorkelling to scuba diving whilst on land there are two golf courses, tennis; and opportunities for cycling, walking and horse riding.
There are a number of interesting places to visit nearby:
PUERTO POLLENSA is an attractive family resort which stretches along a sheltered horseshoe-shaped bay lined with sandy beaches, set against the backdrop of the Boquer Mountains. The celebrated Pine Walk overlooks the beach and the bay, dotted with the colourful sails of yachts. Some of the best fish restaurants in Mallorca are found along the promenade, along with other cuisines to suit every taste.
CALA SAN VICENTE is a small family resort with some excellent restaurants that nestles around four sandy coves in the shadow of the Formentor Peninsula. The area is renowned for walking, with dramatic coastal scenery of rocky outcrops that plunge into the sparkling seas.
The nearby FORMENTOR PENINSULA, the bony northern spur of the Tramuntana Mountains is an area of great natural beauty with wooded valleys, plunging cliffs, magnificent seascapes and a wonderful beach, the Playa de Formentor.
OLD ALCUDIA, not to be confused with the modern resort 3 kms to the south, has a fascinating history. Settled by the Phoenicians and Greeks; the Romans made it their capital; destroyed by the Vandals; rebuilt by the Moors, and liberated in the early 1200’s by the Spanish who fortified the city with massive walls. Today within the old city you will find a number of enticing restaurants, bars, shops and art galleries.
Further afield there are many other places of interest - LLUC, renowned for its monastery, beautiful DEIA home to many artists, the ancient hilltop town of ARTA; and PALMA itself.
