On entering the house you will find yourself in the main lounge area with comfortable sofa ( which can also fold down to a sofa bed if required) Entertainment is available with English satellite TV and DVD Player. You can then enter through to the dining area which is the heart of the house. The fully equipped kitchen has an original stone feature sink, 5 ring gas cooker and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle. Downstairs you will also find a shower room and Separate WC. A small Library and games area complete with books, board games and DVD´s. Here you also have access to the garden, with its pretty green area and built in BBQ. Upstairs the house offers 3 bedrooms in total, the master bedroom is light and airy and has an en suite bathroom. There is also access to the upper terrace complete with seating area and parasol from this room. There is a second double bedroom and a single bedroom.

Having preserved its character throughout the last century the town has wonderful personality. The famous Sunday market draws many visitors and Pollensa has been a preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of this century. Now it is a destination for walkers, cyclists, climbers and those who just prefer to relax and enjoy the village and local beaches. Here the cultural and artistic life never stops. The main square with its pavement cafes, tapas bars and restaurants is the hub of the towns unique charm. There are art galleries and museums, all year one can enjoy a variety of musical events and unforgettable fiestas. The Port of Pollenca is only a few kilometres away with its golden sandy beaches.
