The entrance level of the villa compromises of a large dining area with a beautiful large wooden table and chairs and from here large double windows open up to the outside, this area is large and airy full of natural light.

The bedrooms are also located on this floor, being two double bedrooms and one twin room, all the bedrooms are spacious with characteristic sloping wooden beamed ceilings.

There is a full family bathroom, housing bath with shower, decorated in tile and marble. There is a separate W.C.

From the dining area going down various tiled steps brings you to the homely lounge area with sofas, T.V and log fire. From this area large double doors open out onto the beautiful outer covered terrace which is complete with its own dining furniture and has views of the pond, gardens and the mountains in the distance.

The lower floor of the villa is made up of the kitchen which has been decorated in the typical Mallorcan style of wooden units and marble work tops and houses its own breakfast table.

From this area you can also access another smaller lounge area which also has a small TV and table and chairs.

The gardens, pool and BBQ area are clearly this villas most attractive and impressive asset. The beautiful garden areas are made up of an large number of many different plant and tree species, immaculately cared for. Its small paths with stone steps lead off through areas of foilage just waiting to be explored. There is a grassed area which has been made into a football pitch complete with goals, a basket ball stand and net is also supplied at the front of the property.

The whole exterior becomes totally transformed once dusk arrives by becoming magnificently illuminated showing off its full splendor.

The kidney shaped swimming pool, complete with its own slide is a delightful area in which to relax, with sunbeds provided as well as two large seat swings, table & chairs.

The stone crafted BBQ is ideal for lunch or evening meals al fresco, complete with large grill, sink and wash area.

The Balearic Islands region

Mallorca is the largest of the Balearic Islands with 554 km of coastline. Mallorca's landscape is very varied, due to it's geological formation. Mallorca has it's own distinct culture and language which has a lot in common with that of Catalunya.

From the northwest to the southwest, the land gradually leads down to the sea, forming bays, long beaches such as Es Trenc and small coves of fine sand and transparent, green water, tinged with the reflection of the pines and fig trees which reach the shore. These offer excellent opportunities to sunbathe, swim, enjoy water sports such as sailing and diving among the reefs.

In the southwest of Mallorca is the huge Bay of Palma, which protects and shelters the former kingdom's capital. Majorca is also neighboured by a number of tiny islands that offer sanctuary to birds and rare reptiles.

The Tramuntana mountain range, formed by a line of mountains running parallel to the north west coast, the highest of which is Puig Major. The mountains give way to a coastline of tiny villages, sand, pebble and rock beaches. Each in turn surrounded by the imposing mountain range. The mountains are the source of the island's fresh water which courses down to the island's growing regions where orange, clementine, olive, almond and lemon trees grow. There are also long hillside terraces side by side with the olives and sweet wine producing grapes of the island.

Whatever you are looking to get out of your holiday Mallorca offers something for everyone that brings back visitors time and time again to its beautiful coastlines and resorts.

Pollensa

The villa is situated on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa, a village steeped in history and local fiestas which are usually combined with eating and drinking... Pollensa is a village which has retained much of its immense charm and offers visitors the chance to mingle with the locals, sample the local cuisine and visit its many highlights such as the mountain climb of "Puig Maria" to its convent situated at the top, the stunning Calvary Steps to its little church at the top, well worth the effort of the climb for impressive views of the whole of the town, or just browsing in the local market at the local produce and crafts.

The nearby resort of Puerto Pollensa offers its visitors the chance to enjoy its long sandy beach and swim in its calid waters, visit the harbour where varios kinds of boat trips go daily as well as the ferry which takes visitors to the secluded and picturesque bay of Formentor.

Resorts of Alcudia, Cala San Viciente are also a short driving distance away.

"At first sight wonderful"

Beautiful grounds surround this villa. Swimming pool great well maintained. Villa looked wonderful but with only one bathroom indoors not really adequate for six adults although there is another shower room with WC outside. The bed in the middle bedroom was not suitable for 2 adults as it was only a 3/4 size. It would have been nice to have had clean towels mid week. On the plus side the veranda with dining table was a wonderful place to enjoy al fresco dining. The kitchen was well equipped. English television was also available marvellous to watch England if you happen to be a football fan. I would book this villa again but would definately ask for a more suitable bed for the middle bedroom. An extra bathroom would be a vast improvement. The villa is in a lovely area surrounded by exotic plants and woodland, close to amenities and walking distance of Pollenca Town and Calvari Steps, approx 20 mins walk. We feel that the 80 euro final cleaning bill was excessive.
