Furnished to a high standard the spacious and well planned accommodation, all on one floor, affords an ideal family holiday home. The honey stone walls are a particular feature of this villa and the owner, has many paintings from local artists adorning the pastel coloured walls of the open plan living/dining room with comfortable three piece suite, wood burning stove feature, complimentary Wifi internet connection, Satellite TV with English and German channels, DVD player and direct access to the pool terraces and covered dining patio.Adjacent is the well fitted pine kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas cooker hob. The attractive master double bedroom has personal bath/shower room and side door to the garden terrace with pool and mountain views. Two twin bedrooms share an adjoining full bath/shower room. The laundry room houses the washing machine. Complimentary air conditioning in all bedrooms on a timer 10 hours per day.

The well maintained gardens have many colourful shrubs and a good sized lawned area with plenty of space for children to play in. Set directly in front of the villa is the 12m x 4m swimming pool with comfortably furnished sun terraces. The BBQ is set in a quiet corner of the terrace where you have uninterrupted views across undulating countryside towards distant mountain ranges. Enjoy an evening alfresco meal whilst watching the flame red sunsets -- an unforgettable sight.
Table tennis is also provided.
The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the largest of the three main Balearic Islands and has been undergoing a wonderful revival over the last 25 years. The island has reestablished itself as a destination rich in culture and offers visitors a diverse choice of unspoilt beaches, bustling towns and breathtaking scenery. The tranquil inland areas have many beautiful areas with traditional old farmhouses carefully restored as holiday homes, ranging from contemporary villas to grand countryside retreats. These properties present the opportunity to enjoy the calming ambience of the island, with space for friends or families to experience a holiday at a property with its own grounds, swimming pool, and of course a high standard of accommodation. If its beaches you're after then the South side of the island can't be beaten; the heritage protected beach and salt lakes of Es Trenc could easily be mistaken for the Caribbean, and the bewildering array of smaller calas (beaches) along the coast line will leave any visitor to the island spoilt for choice. The cosmopolitan town of Santanyi with its bustling street markets, charming Cas Concos and conveniently located s'Horta each providing the basis for some of the finest villas on the island. In the North of the island, Pollenca, Campanet and Buger have the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, with its myriad of little villages nestling between its peaks. Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients. As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.
The Pollensa area
Pollença is without doubt one of the most attractive municipalities of the Island. It was one of the areas where tourism first started, being the preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of the century. Pollença is full of contrasts because a large part of the "Serra de Tramuntana” is situated within its municipality. With its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea merges with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees. Here the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are many art galleries and beautiful handicraft shops. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events, the most famous of which takes place in the Santo Domingo Cloister between July and September. Apart from the old town, the municipality of Pollença is also home to two coastal towns, the Port Of Pollença and Cala San Vicente.
