The original old part of the Mallorcan finca has been beautifully restored and renovated. A brand new extension has been added to offer a stunning combination of old charm and new modern opulence, which lends it an altogether unique feel.

From the front terrace, the arched glass doors lead in to the spacious open plan dining room which has unusual vaulted ceilings. To the right of the dining area is the spacious lounge with comfortable sofas, complimentary internet connection, Satellite TV with English/Spanish/German channels, DVD player and PlayStation 2 with 5 PlayStation games supplied. Floor to ceiling glass sliding doors open onto the covered side terrace where the BBQ and exterior dining table is situated. To the rear of the lounge are some more double doors that lead onto the front terrace. To the left of the front door and to the rear of the dining area there is a WC in the linking hallway that leads into the compact kitchen. The kitchen itself is light and airy with granite marble effect worktops and stylish cupboards giving an ultra modern look. A feature window looks over the entire length of the house across to the pool area. There is an electric oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Just off this area we find a spacious walk in pantry and a utility area with washing machine. Two large glass doors open on to the front terrace. The classic wooden staircase from the dining area leads up to the sleeping accommodation which has parquet flooring throughout. To the left of the stairs is the Master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk in dressing room. To the right of the stairs is a corridor that leads down to a pretty single bedroom and a separate shower room. This is shared by a second double bedroom which has very spacious built in wardrobe and boasts its own private terrace, with stunning views over the mountains and surrounding countryside.Complimentary air conditioning for 24 hours per day.

Natural stone coloured tiles cover both the terrace and line the swimming pool which has wide roman steps leading into the water.
The pool is situated to the right of the villa, adorned with comfortable sun loungers on the spacious surrounding sun terraces. For your added convenience is a newly built poolside shower room with washing facilities and WC.
The small lawned area is ideal for children to play on. Within the grounds and to the front of the house there is a fenced pond and a further
lawned area with citrus trees.
The covered BBQ terrace is adjacent to the crystal clear pool affording an ideal sun shaded area to relax, dine alfresco or just enjoy the essence of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The Balearic Islands region

In the North of the island, Pollenca, Campanet and Buger have the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, with its myriad of little villages nestling between its peaks. Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients. As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.
Pollença is without doubt one of the most attractive municipalities of the Island. It was one of the areas where tourism first started, being the preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of the century. Pollença is full of contrasts because a large part of the "Serra de Tramuntana” is situated within its municipality. With its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea merges with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees. Here the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are many art galleries and beautiful handicraft shops. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events, the most famous of which takes place in the Santo Domingo Cloister between July and September. Apart from the old town, the municipality of Pollença is also home to two coastal towns, the Port Of Pollença and Cala San Vicente.

"Excellent from start to finish"
