Ca'n Sureda is superbly presented to provide a very comfortable home complimented with a high standard of furnishings/fittings. From the large hallway with marble floors is the attractive living/dining room with complimentary WIFI internet connection, Satellite TV, DVD and twin French doors opening to the poolside terrace. Fully fitted modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven/infra red hob and Utility room houses the washing machine and dryer. One spacious double bedroom with adjacent shower room. The feature staircase leads up to the Master twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. One further attractive twin bedroom and double bedroom share one full bath/shower room. From the twin bedrooms is access to the upper sun terrace with wonderful views across the countryside.

Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients. As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.
Pollença is without doubt one of the most attractive municipalities of the Island. It was one of the areas where tourism first started, being the preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of the century. Pollença is full of contrasts because a large part of the "Serra de Tramuntana” is situated within its municipality. With its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea merges with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees. Here the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are many art galleries and beautiful handicraft shops. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events, the most famous of which takes place in the Santo Domingo Cloister between July and September. Apart from the old town, the municipality of Pollença is also home to two coastal towns, the Port Of Pollença and Cala San Vicente.
