Recently built to a very high standard, this charming family villa has many interesting features including oak beamed ceilings, exposed interior stone walls, terracotta tiles throughout and hand crafted, inlaid, cobblestone floors. On entering through the oak studded door is the attractive hallway with cobblestone floor. Straight ahead doors lead into the spacious open plan lounge and dining room with a comfortable three piece sofa suite, feature fireplace and double doors to the rear of the dining area leading out onto the side covered terrace with comfy seating. The lounge area has complimentary WIFI internet connection, satellite TV, DVD player and PlayStation 2 with two handsets. Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric oven/infra red hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Utility room with washing machine. The very inviting master double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, uniquely designed bedside table lighting and a full en-suite bath and separate walk in shower room with feature mirror and heated towel rail. Two impressive twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes share an adjacent full bathroom with separate "walk in" shower and heated towel rail. This delightful family villa is superbly furnished throughout to the highest standard.

Outside the crystal clear swimming pool has Roman steps and comfortably cushioned sun-loungers grace the sizeable flagstone sun terraces. The colourful gardens have ample good sized lawns with mature Palm, Olive trees and huge terracotta pots decked with scented geraniums. A poolside `beach` style parasol provides welcome shade from the hot summer sun. The stone built BBQ casita with wc, has a covered dining terrace with views across the pool and gardens – an ideal area for relaxed lunches and afternoon siestas whilst the children can safely play in the hedged gardens.
For sports enthusiasts table tennis is included.
The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the largest of the three main Balearic Islands and has been undergoing a wonderful revival over the last 25 years. The island has reestablished itself as a destination rich in culture and offers visitors a diverse choice of unspoilt beaches, bustling towns and breathtaking scenery. The tranquil inland areas have many beautiful areas with traditional old farmhouses carefully restored as holiday homes, ranging from contemporary villas to grand countryside retreats. These properties present the opportunity to enjoy the calming ambience of the island, with space for friends or families to experience a holiday at a property with its own grounds, swimming pool, and of course a high standard of accommodation. If its beaches you're after then the South side of the island can't be beaten; the heritage protected beach and salt lakes of Es Trenc could easily be mistaken for the Caribbean, and the bewildering array of smaller calas (beaches) along the coast line will leave any visitor to the island spoilt for choice. The cosmopolitan town of Santanyi with its bustling street markets, charming Cas Concos and conveniently located s'Horta each providing the basis for some of the finest villas on the island. In the North of the island, Pollenca, Campanet and Buger have the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, with its myriad of little villages nestling between its peaks. Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients. As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.
The Pollensa area
Pollença is without doubt one of the most attractive municipalities of the Island. It was one of the areas where tourism first started, being the preferred destination of painters and artists since the beginning of the century. Pollença is full of contrasts because a large part of the "Serra de Tramuntana” is situated within its municipality. With its steep mountains and its deep valleys, which in many cases end in most beautiful and lonely bays, where the blue of the sea merges with the grey of the limestone rocks and the brilliant green of the pine trees. Here the cultural and artistic life never stops. There are many art galleries and beautiful handicraft shops. Throughout the year one can enjoy a variety of musical events, the most famous of which takes place in the Santo Domingo Cloister between July and September. Apart from the old town, the municipality of Pollença is also home to two coastal towns, the Port Of Pollença and Cala San Vicente.
