Villa Barques is a spacious holiday home with 5 large bedrooms, conveniently located just a short distance from the sea.

More specifically it can be found in a quiet residential area of Puerto de Pollensa only 1km from the town centre. Pollensa is a charming traditional fishing village which boasts a relaxed atmosphere and over the years has developed into a popular holiday location, especially for families and couples. Despite its growing success it has managed to keep its simplicity and rather exclusive feel.

Guests will enjoy the private garden and pool at the villa. A large fenced space so it is completely safe for children and with plenty of space for them to run around. There is also a shaded terrace to the rear of the villa looking over the lawns which is furnished for al fresco dining, a lovely spot for leisurely holiday meals.

There are a whole host of activities in the area to keep you busy should you not be content with simply lazing in the sunshine by the pool or at the beach- there are horse-riding, tennis and golf facilities; cycling, biking and walking routes, water sports and of course an excellent selection of restaurants and shops.



Interior

All the rooms are large and
ight at Villa Barques due to the many windows and fresh décor. A pleasant open living-dining room has comfortable sofas and a television for those quiet evenings in and French doors onto the garden. The kitchen is excellently equipped with all you could need for self-catering and also has a little
eakfast corner.

The hallway staircase leads up to the bedrooms, four of which are doubles or twins and one a single room. The master bedroom boasts a huge bay window on to a private balcony with splendid views across to the sea.


Highly recommended to a family or two travelling together looking for a relaxing holiday of sun and sea.
