This is a beautiful villa in Pollensa, full of luxury, space and style. It is situated in the leafy residential area of Crestatx, with lovely views of mountains. It's only 6 minutes by car from Pollensa's old town, and 15 minutes from the sea. With its neighbouring house The property also has a gated driveway to give you ultimate privacy.

It's designed to a very high standard with natural materials like stone and wood. On the ground floor there's a long and airy lounge-diner, and a fantastic kitchen-diner with a pantry and utility room - both rooms with full-height doors onto the pool terrace.

The garden is a very relaxing space with views of the Pollensa hills, a long pool surrounded by terracing, a shady covered dining terrace for al fresco dining, a lawn, and a barbecue casita for amazing outdoor entertaining. Enjoy sunbathing in privacy and cool off from the summer sun by making the most of the swimming pool.

It is a gorgeous house with elegant and spacious rooms and is perfect for a private summer holiday.

There are two lovely ground-floor bedrooms - a double with extra large bed and a twin - a family bathroom and a WC-cloakroom. On the first floor there are three more double bedrooms - all with en suites, and two which open onto a terrace overlooking the pool.

Further details outdoors:
The villa is approached by a private drive way, and then gated entrance to the villa. There is a large front area with significant parking area. To the side of the property is a grassed area, away from the pool. The rear garden is south facing, and is a natural sun trap. The villa has a large covered terrace area with patio doors from the living room. On the terrace is a large table to sit 8 with wicker chairs and a table tennis.

The pool is 10 x 6 metres with Roman steps. The area is all paved, with steps down from the terrace. Around the terrace there is 10 sunbeds, and a barbecue on the terrace. There are additional grassed areas of the garden which is suitable for children to play, and although it is a very sunny garden, you can also find shade.

The Market in Pollensa, which takes place every Sunday, dominates the main square, spilling out in to all the side street's is an absolute must.
