About the home

The villa is built in traditional Mallorcan stone, and consists of two floors. On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining room with glorious 360° panoramic views from its large windows; and the stainless steel kitchen which is fully equipped with built in electrical devices and kitchen furniture. Next to the kitchen there is a small covered terrace with about 30 m2.

The wooden staircase leads up to four bedrooms, with en suite bathrooms. Eight people can be accommodated in the main house.

The property has air conditioning installed throughout, and central heating all over the house. The proximity of the swimming pool to the house is perfect for keeping an eye on children, close and comfortable for all, the pool measures 10m x 5m and the temperature during cold months is kept at around 24°. Around the pool are wide terraces where children can play, and ample relaxation areas. The pool heating has an additional cost of 30€/day.

Outside the living room, there is a terrace of approximately 60m2 with views of Pollensa town, a perfect space for dining and family meals.
