About the home

The house has the pool on the high ground of the garden, from where you can enjoy a very nice view. Also all the house is tipcally mallorquin furnitured and the area it is nice and quite. Ideally for people who likes to know true colour of Mallorca, the genuine way of life. Car is not necesary as the town centre squeare it is only few minutes walking and there you can find all you need for have a pleasant holidays.

Downstairs you will find the living and tv room, a bathroom and the kitchen and upstairs you find three bedrooms and another complete bathroom. Also there are two terraces and at the top, the pool. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

There's far more to Mallorca than the holy triumvirate of sun, sea and sand. Fight your way past the army of tan-seeking tourists, and you'll discover Gothic architecture, hilltop villages, olive groves and hidden beaches. If you're after something a bit crazier, there are summer parties galore.

The Pollensa area

Visit all the year round Pollensa has long been known as an idyllic summer destination with its long hot days and balmy nights. However, the winter sun provides an excellent tonic. It's an ideal time for visiting many of the island's treasures, or for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, etc. Catch the almond or orange blossom between January and March. The nine hole golf course at Pollensa is also open all year round.Pollensa is an ideal location for bird watching especially during the migrating season as the area is in the migratory path.

“Excellent town house, LOVE Pollensa old town” Myself, husband and son stayed at this beautiful town house with my parents last year and we were VERY happy! The owners were lovely, friendly and on call if needed. The house is a short walk to fab restaurants, bars and shops. As a family we have been to Pollensa several times, but this was the first time we stayed in a privately owned villa, rather than staying with james villa's or villa select. The house was very comfortable, clean, with all the facilities, pots and pans etc needed for the duration of our stay. The pool and outdoor cooking area was great, at the time our son was not walking so the stairs to the pool area weren't an issue. As a family we love the area, this was our first time staying in the actual old town, and it was great, a very family friendly area. With great markets, beaches and walks near by. You could easily stay in the old town without a car, but we did hire a car to explore the island. Pine walk and the beach area are again lovely. We also love a visit to Inca market and Porto sollar. We hired a large car which we parked outside the front of the property, some of the windy roads were very tight, but we didn't have a problem. We would highly recommend this property, and are planning on staying in Joanna's other villa next year.....

“Excellent accomodation, well situated for Pollensa town” We stayd here in May and found it to be an ideal base for touring the Island and for pollensa town. The town was no more than a 10 minute walk from the villa which was great in the evening. The villa itself was quirky with various nooks and cranies making it private and comfortable. The pool was wonderful and well kept as was the furniture around it. The bedrooms were nice with an interesting painting in the master bedroom! The kitchen was small but very functional with plenty of accessories and cook ware and a good sized fridge /freezer. The only thing would be if someone was disabled as the outside area while lovely is on three levels with narrow stairs at one point. Over all an excellent villa and veryhelpfuland friendly owner who spoke excelelnt english.
