Air conditioned, detached villa with private swimming pool situated in the beautiful Ternelles area of Pollensa only 2.5km from the old town of Pollensa and 7km from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa.

Villa Can Cabrer is an ideal choice for large families as there are two separate living/dining rooms and two separate kitchens. It is also suitable for families who do not wish to use their hire car too much during their holiday as the villa is within walking distance of Pollensa.

If rented as a two bedroom property your family has the exclusive use of the downstairs, terraces, garden and pool. If rented as a three bedroom property your family will have the upstairs and exclusive use of the downstairs terraces, gardens and pool. We will not rent the uptairs to a different family if you are renting downstairs and vice versa.

Climate: Mallorca enjoys Mediterranean weather, with mild winters and hot summers and each season has something unique to offer visitors to the island. During July and August, the weather is both hot and sunny and there are nearly 11 hours of sun each day in Mallorca.

These sunny, hot months and generally wonderful weather tend to be the peak of the tourist season in Mallorca. Fewer sunny days occur in November, December and January, when Mallorca is at its most quiet, although the island is still attractive at this time of the year, with fine, mild weather on most days.

Places of interest: Attractions for many visitors to Pollensa are beautiful spots such as the Calvario steps (365 steps up the small church for the active visitor and better attempted during the cooler hours of the day but provide wonderful views over Pollensa and coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa beyond) and the ancient Roman bridge found on the outskirts of town. Pollensa also has a prominent role in the cultural world of the island.

Since the early twentieth century Pollensa has become a favorite place for painters who visited the island (such as Miguel Costa Llobera, Anglada Camarasa, Tito Cittadini, Dionis Bennàssar and many more have contributed their works (literary and pictorial) to make Pollensa known in Mallorca and beyond. As a result the municipal museum is an interesting place to visit together with Pollensa's numerous art exhibitions.

The Pollensa / Ternelles Valley area

Pollensa is great placet to visit for people looking for a walking or cycling holiday or if you just want to get away from it all and relax. In the centre of Pollensa you will find a good choice of shops and restaurants for all tastes. There is a golf course (9 holes) in Pollensa just 5 minutes drive from the villa and the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa which offers a wide range of watersports is located only 7km away. The pretty coves of Cala San Vicente can also be found approximately 5km from Pollensa. The Lluc Monestry and Cap de Formentor are also popular places of interest to visit nearby.

There is a large choice of airlines to Palma airport from most UK airports, including: Jet2, EasyJet, Ryan Air, BMI, BA, THOMFLY etc.
Car Hire can be booked at Palma Airport and there are always taxis available (prices from approx 75€ each way for a standard 4 passenger vehicle).
Public transport also goes as far as Pollensa town, a connecting bus must be caught from the centre of Palma.
