About the home

Ca'n Suavet, a wonderful 150 year old farmhouse has been lovingly restored with many rustic features and artefact's remain to create a lovely warm homely feel.

The large kidney-shaped swimming pool is a good size and there is plentiful sun-bathing areas on the large terracing. Fantastic fully furnished covered front terrace area and a huge BBQ set in a separate area with outdoor sink will give you every opportunity at trying your hand at cooking.

Ca'n Suavet II, a charming villa on one level with many features, from the driveway you enter the protected private gardens and pool, furnished sun terraces and an open-fronted casita with BBQ.

From the pool side terrace the main entrance opens into a very comfortable living/dining room with Sat TV/DVD. WI-FI. Modern fitted kitchen with all the facilities. Impressive master en-suite bedroom leading onto pool area.

Ca'n Suavet: Private pool (10x5m) surrounded by a garden with lawn, fruit trees (lemons, apples, almonds, figs, olives, etc.), palm trees. Barbecue and wood oven. Large sun terrace with sunbeds. Covered terrace, fully furnished, with another 4mtrs medieval table and a sitting area.

Ca'n Suavet II: Private gardens which have plenty furnished sun terraces and a centennial Olive tree. Private pool (8x4m), original open-fronted casita houses the impressive brick-built BBQ with washing facilities and oven; absolutely for al-fresco dining.

Please note that Ca'n Suavet is not suitable for wheelchair. Car hire is recommended. We also recommend to make a car reservation in advance.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Golf: The Golf Pollença, at 6 minutes drive from Ca'n Suavet, has magnificent views over the bay of Pollensa.

In a relaxed atmosphere and with the excellent chill out bar and restaurant, it is a very pleasant visit for any golf enthusiast or looking for a chill time. Aucanada Golf 15 minutes drive.

SkiingWater: skiing, wind surfing, sailing and as well as pedalos are available in Puerto Pollença bay and Formentor beach.

Special interest holidays: Horse riding school located on outskirts of Pollença town. Birdwatching in the "Parc Natural de S'Albufera" in Alcudia. Walking and Cycling, In Pollença there are a number of delightful walks and cycling scenery along the coastline.

The Pollensa area

A short drive to the different beaches (Pto. Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Formentor etc.) 1/2 hour drive to Monastery of Lluch. There are markets nearby: Pollensa on Sundays, Puerto Pollensa on Wednesdays, Alcudia Sundays and Tuesdays, Inca Thursdays. There are several supermarkets and shops also, the nearest supermarket at 2km.

HOW TO GET TO THE VILLA FROM THE AIRPORT:

- By CAR:

Join the motorway from the airport , direction Palma (PM-19) for 5,5 Km. Take the second exit to the “Vía de Cintura” (PM-20) direction “Andratx / Via de cintura” and continue for 2,8 Km.

Take to exit signalled “Inca / Pto Alcudia” and carry straight on the motorway (PM-27) direction Alcúdia for 30 Km. Take the last exit 40 direction Pollença (MA-2200) for 10km.

At the first roundabout take direction Port Pollença. At the second roundabout continue direction Port Pollença. You will find Ca'n Suavet at the km 55.9 on the right hand side.

- BY TAXIS

The price to take a taxi is around 60 Euro one way from the Airport to Pollença. It’s easy to find them at the exit of each terminal in the airport.

- RENT A CAR

Car rental is quiet cheap in Mallorca. There are some online car rental companies with good services.
