- Minimum stay 7 days, prices in Euros, the prices always include taxes and fees.
- Outputs of the house is always made before 10 am and tickets to the house after 14 hours.
- The prices include house cleaning, change of towels every four days, change of linen every 7 days
- Maintenance of the pool and gardens.
Payment will be made as follows:
- The customer enters the 25% of the total amount of an account number the owner gives you when you book. In case of cancellation of booking by the customer, this money will not be returned.
- The remaining 75% will be a bank transfer 20 days before arrival.
- The reservation becomes effective after the payment of 25% has been transferred to the account.
- The month of April, May, June, September and October the day of entry can be flexible.
