About the home

This stunning villa has been beautifully decorated in Spanish style with high quality furnishings and has typical, high beamed ceiling throughout. A large entrance hall leads into the spacious living room, which has an attractive arched stone ceiling, a feature fireplace and a formal dining area at one end. Patio doors from the lounge lead to a beautiful, bright conservatory with a wonderful wall of glass, which looks out onto the garden, swimming pool and mountains beyond.

The conservatory is furnished with wicker seating area and another dining table, offering a light and contemporary feel. The separate kitchen is extremely spacious with a dining table, a utility room and access to the pool area.

The villa has four bedrooms: two are located on the ground floor, with a family bathroom. The other two bedrooms, with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor; here each bedroom has access to a large terrace which overlooks the gardens and Puerto Pollença in the distance.

The terrace and garden are reached via patio doors from the conservatory – with a ramp for wheelchairs provided. There is an enormous sun terrace, with ample garden furniture to ensure everyone can relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. There is a large swimming pool, which is accessed via Roman steps and includes an integral seated Jacuzzi. Outside there is also a covered barbecue area.

I fine example of one of these areas is Puerto Pollensa with its sheltered horseshoe bay lined with beautiful sandy beaches and with the Boquer mountain range as its backdrop. This area is renowned for having the best fish restaurants on the island.

- Daily maid service cleans, except ( Sundays and Public Holidays or where indicated otherwise).

- Pool towels changed during two week stays only.
