Casa Pou is a peaceful villa in a great area just a 5 minute walk from the well known and popular town of Pollensa. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 1 double with an en suite bathroom and 2 twin rooms which share a bathroom. The kitchen-dining room is fully equipped and suitable for 6 people. It has a lovely living room along with a BBQ area with its own separate kitchen also fully equipped. The house has a washer, a drier, a cot, a high chair, TV, DVD, VHS and a safe. It also has central heating and AC in all the bedrooms. The villa has various terraces and balconies with great views. It has a great swimming pool 11metres long and 5 metres wide.
Casa Pou is surrounded by amazing views of the breath taking Mallorca mountains and countryside. You also have the views of the beautiful town of Pollensa, in particular the famous Calvario steps. There are many great things you can do whilst you enjoy your stay in this villa ranging from peaceful walks through the mountains to relaxing on the beach or if you prefer more action you can enjoy mountain climbing or wakeboarding. We run our own concierge company we offer to all our clients who stay with us. We offer a massive range of actives for our clients to enjoy.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
This resort has everything, great scenery, amazing sandy beaches and a friendly atmosphere. The wonderful sheltered bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. It remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again.
Pollensa town is a beautiful peaceful town with many old styled buildings. It has a wide range of historical churches. The town houses several fine galleries and art shops. Poetry, to the forefront of this being Miguel Costa i Llobera whose monument can be found at the base of the Puig Maria, also blossomed, as did a musical tradition, the greatest expression of this now being the annual Festival of Pollensa, founded by the violinist Philip Newman in the early ‘60s, which each summer attracts performers (mainly classical) from many different countries.
Pollensa is blessed with some truly superb restaurants in terms both of decor and the quality of food. A mix of international, French, Mallorcan and Italian cuisine, and there are also café-bistros of a high standard. There is not a huge diversity in terms of different food “nationalities”, but what there is, is very good.
Pollenca/Pollensa / Puig de Maria area
Originally a fishing village Puerto Pollensa retains the time old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. On warm, evenings everyone wanders up and down between the marina where the yachts are moored, past the pavement cafes and along the celebrated Pine Walk as far as the elegant Illa D'Or hotel.
If you are into your one could really classify the town as a sight in itself, but being more specific there are notable things to see such as the steps of the Calvari and the chapel atop, the museum of Marti Vicenç and the Roman bridge. You can also access many other spectacular sights by driving no longer than 5 minues down the road.
If you are into your adventour, then there are endless amounts of ativities for you to choose from in Pollensa. You can go wakeboarding or skiings, paragliding, mountain climbing, mountain biking, canoening and so much more.
How to get there
You can easily drive to this property. It is a 40 minute drive from the airport. We run a concierge service for all rental clients so we can organize any transport to and from the airport along with a large variety of other services.

It has a safe, for clients to store their expensive belongings safely. If you have children the house has its own cot and high chair.

The pool has 6 sunbeds surrounding it and you can enjoy the great view of Pollensa whilst soaking in the rays. It has its own BBQ area with a fully equipped kitchen.
