Home description

Casa Lluna is a luxury 4 bedroom villa with heated swimming pool and many large terraces. Set on the hillside with panoramic views over the northern bays. Situated in one of the Islands most sort after spots. Private, tranquil location. Short distance from beautiful old town of Pollensa and a short drive from sandy beaches of the port.

Casa Lluna was built using the finest materials, traditional stone and beams, maintaining a Mallorcan appearance. Inside the house has a modern feel - full of natural light, the living space is open plan with high ceilings giving a contemporary feel.

There are many large terraces surrounding the house - all with amazing views. The 14 metre long swimming pool uses a saltwater system and as the owners have small children, precautions have been taken including a gated area around the pool giving peace of mind to those with toddlers.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Mallorca or sometimes written and pronounced Majorca is a Mediterranean island of stunning natural beauty. The reputation for cheap holidays and mass tourism came from the large scale developments on the island's south west coast.

Nearer the island's most northerly point at Cap de Formentor is Puerto Pollensa which has always been popular with holidaymakers. This whole area is very popular with cyclists, walkers and birdwatchers.

The Serra de Tramuntana is the mountain range running parallel with Mallorca's north west coast. The terrain and mountain peaks are in stark contrast with the gentle east coast. It's a great idea to rent a car and heading out to Soller, Deia and Valldemossa make a visit to the s the less well known villages inland.

Mallorca has something for everyone and the island will have you coming back year after year to try it all again!


Pollenca/Pollensa / La Font area

This resort has everything - with over 300 days of sunshine, wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range.

No wonder it remains a favourite with families and couples who return time and time again. Very popular for walking, cycling, sailing, golf and watersports. Pollensa and the Port have wonderful Markets every Sunday & Wednesday and also many fantastic festivals throughout the year.
