Traditional Villa in Pollensa, previously used for agriculture and as a cattle ranch. The house was reformed in the 95 and converted in a Tourist Vacacional House, according to directives of the Conselleria de Turisme of the Balearic Govern with space enough for 6 people.
The property situation (at the end of a no exit lane) allows tranquillity and almost absolute privacy, being ideal for family vacations. The Majorcan traditional structure of the house consists of three double rooms; one of them equipped with a double bed and private bath. The other single bedrooms share another complete bath.
The decoration consists of a mixture of modern and rustic creating a warm and functional atmosphere. The house has a huge dining room facing a terrace and the outside garden. Next to the house you will find a brand new barbecue, very suitable complement for the summer nights.
