This lovingly restored 100 year old farm house retains many of its original features, such as exterior natural wood burning oven and its own water well (also equipped with modern appliances ). The farm house is finished in the typical mallorcan decor which is ideal for the summer heat.

Large master bedroom, with double bed and a single bed (ideal for young child sharing with parents) on suite shower room with WC and roof terrace. Ground floor twin bedroom with doors that lead on to terrace. Bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and WC. Cosy stone walled kitchen. Furnished dining room with archway leading to a comfortable furnished lounge with open fire place. Doors from lounge lead on to covered furnished terrace with views over L shape large mosaic tiled swimming pool and beautiful surrounding country side. Car parking for three cars.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Pollenca/Pollensa area
Pollensa, Port de Pollensa, Cala de Sant Vicenç and Formentor make up one of the most wonderful areas in our island, and without doubt it is a very attractive place to visit any time of the year. The municipality of Pollensa offers to all its visitors the possibility of enjoying both sea and mountain landscapes and a wide range of cultural and leisure activities.
Pollensa is a beautiful, historic town in Majorca. It is situated 4 km from Les Tanquetes. Dating back to the 18 th century, is made up of a series of narrow streets and emblematic buildings such as the Calvari, the Parish Church, the Cloister of Sant Domingo. It has a host of good restaurants, bars, shops, several supermarkets and a medical centre.
Pollensa Festival: An outstanding feature of Pollensas cultural image is the Festival of Classical Music which has been held annually in the cloister of Sant Domingo over the months of July and August since 1961.
The Puig de Maria. Sanctuary situated at a height of 330 metres, at the bottom of the town, with chapel, refectory, tower and walls. . . all constructed between the ends of the 14 th and 15th centuries.
Pollensa Market: This is a traditional Sunday market with locally grown fruit and vegetables, situated in the main square with arts and crafts leading off from there. You will find many interesting things to buy and also enjoy the atmosphere of the town and it’s people.
The Puerto Pollensa resort, located 6 km from Les Tanquetes, has wonderful scenery, beautiful sandy beaches and a laid-back friendly atmosphere. The sheltered horseshoe shaped bay is set against the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountain range. This resort offers a range of activities including: sailing, fishing, diving, windsurf, etc... There are plenty of of bars and restaurants with a wide range of cuisine at very reasonable prices.
