Can Llorenc is on the exclusive development of private villas in Son Toni, yet a mere 5 minute drive to the golf course at Pollenca and a further 5 to 10 minutes drive to the historic towns of Pollenca or Alcudia. The magnificent beaches of Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca are about the same distance and the more secluded beaches of Cala San Vincente.
The property itself has a large swimming pool (10 x 5 metres) which is not overlooked and set on a large south facing sun drenched terrace. The gardens are extensive with fruit trees, palms and tropical flowers.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
Mallorca is the largest Balearic islands with mild winters and hot summers. Its history includes occupation by Roman, Arab and European Settlers which gives the island a large diversity of historic sights and cultures.
Pollenca/Pollensa / Crestaix area
The old town of Pollenca is a good place to start. One the main features are the Calvary Steps (365) with a beautiful chapel and panoramic views of Pollenca at the top.
The old town of Alcudia which was the Capital of Majorca in roman times still retains most of its original roman walls and also the remains of a roman theatre and churches. There is also a large market held here twice a week.
For beaches you can't beat the 7km stretch at Puerto Alcudia which is very safe for small children as it slopes gently into the sea and usually has life guards on duty.
Puerto Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca are also the places to go for lively night life in high season as there is a large variety of bars and restaurants of all nationality and sizes, some with live floor shows.

Further details indoors: The large lounge has its own bar and opens onto the terrace with access to the swimming pool. There is a separate dining area off the kitchen and overlooking the pool as well as an outside dining area beside the pool. The kitchen is a large modern and fully equipped. There is a separate utility room with additional fridge freezer and washing machine. The outside BBQ area and a outside solar heated shower. All bedrooms are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. There is ample parking on the large driveway. There is a full family bathroom with shower over the bath and also a separate shower room comprising of shower, wash basin and WC. The bedrooms comprise of 2 x double and 2 x single.
