The house has the pool on the high ground of the garden, from where you can enjoy a very nice view. Also all the house is tipcally mallorquin furnitured and the area it is nice and quite. Ideally for people who likes to know true colour of Mallorca, the genuine way of life. Car is not necesary as the town centre squeare it is only few minutes walking and there you can find all you need for have a pleasant holidays.
Downstairs you will find the living and tv room, a bathroom and the kitchen and upstairs you find three bedrooms and another complete bathroom. Also there are two terraces and at the top, the pool. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

The nine hole golf course at Pollensa is also open all year round.Pollensa is an ideal location for bird watching especially during the migrating season as the area is in the migratory path.
