Home description

An impressive first floor town-house of modern design with a wonderful furnished- terrace and gorgeous pool. Just a five minute walk to Pollensa's main square and restaurants and an ideal base for exploring the historic town.

Stunning contemporary style with fabulous interior design. Full size picture windows out onto a large furnished terrace at the back of the house with steps down to the lovely pool with ample sun terraces. The terrace is decorated with pretty pot-plants and it has a covered area at one end for shade with a table and chairs. There is also an upper terrace overlooking the pool which is an ideal place to escape with a book.

With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The Mallorca/Majorca region

Light clothes are advisable in spring and summer even though it gets a bit chilly in the evening and at night, when you might appreciate a sweater. In autumn and winter the sun shines in Mallorca and the temperatures are good. The wind usually blows and it is better to wrap up well.
