I our villa you will enjoy the nature and the peace that you will breath as soon you will arrive. The house consist in a lightfully 4 panoramic windows living room conected with a fully equipped kitchen and the dining office. Also there are two spacious double bedrrooms one with the bathroom en suite. The main bedrooms is situated upstairs where is the tower, with a faboulous views form its 5 windows. Outside there is a roman swiming pool bordered with a carefully garden and the BBQ where to have "al fresco meals". You can enjoy also the vegetable and fresh fruits from our ECOLOGICAL garden.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
To visit Mallorca is not only interesting during the summer time. In winter and also in spring time it is when you really enjoy the typical Malloquin caracter and its originals small towns. You don´t forget to vist Palma, with its Cathedral, L´Almudaina or the Paseig Maritim. Also the most famous villages like, Soller, Valdemossa or Deiá, are a perfect places for visit and enjoy it.
Pollenca/Pollensa area
Visit all the year round Pollensa has long been known as an idyllic summer destination with its long hot days and balmy nights. However, the winter sun provides an excellent tonic. It's an ideal time for visiting many of the island's treasures, or for walkers, cyclists, nature lovers, etc. Catch the almond or orange blossom between January and March. The nine hole golf course at Pollensa is also open all year round.Pollensa is an ideal location for bird watching especially during the migrating season as the area is in the migratory path.

Long terms rentals posible only from November until March.Private rental direct from the owner. We can book the rental car for you and on the arrival day we meet the clients and go together to the villa to show all the details for a best accommodation. Also we prepare a first quality welcome pack, with fresh fruits, wine, milk, bread, jam etc for having time to relax before go shopping. In the house there is a library with books in English and German. Also we give to all our guests a guide-book about the north of Majorca. We take care of our finca, and also the ecological garden. Also we can recommend good restaurants and authentic shops. In the finca there is also a guest-book where our clients note their sensations during their stay in our house. We have a cot and also a high chair for the babies. As we are no agency, we can take care of you and your family and make your holiday unforgettable.
