Two bedroomed fully furnished ground floor apartment on a recently completed and very well managed, relaxed and quiet private development.
An ideal base for couples and families to explore the local area, the apartment is an easy 10 min stroll to Polis pedestrianised town centre which features an abundance of friendly bars , restaurants and shops. Nearby Latchi centres around a pretty marina with some of the best seafood restaurants in Cyprus along with some excellent professional water sports and recreational boating facilities.
Polis and Latchi are situated on the edge of the Akamas peninsula national park - a totally unspoiled area of Cyprus - with nature trails, gorges and some spectacular beaches and scenery to be explored - perfect for walkers during the cooler months. For the less energetic take a guided Jeep or Quad bike safari.
The apartment is also just perfect for a lazy sun soaked "do nothing" holiday with the inviting pool and sunbeds close to hand.

All the living areas benefit from reversible (hot & cold) air conditioning units and feature attractive modern quality furnishings and décor. There is also a good selection of books, DVDs and games available for additional family entertainment.Internet connection is available details will be provided on request.
Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes with generous hanging & storage space. The Master bedroom is en suite with a separate enclosed shower cubicle, toilet and fitted vanity unit.
Twin bedroom is across the hallway from the separate bathroom with over bath shower, toilet and also has a fitted vanity unit.
The apartment sleeps 4 adults guests comfortably. For more flexibility a sofa bed and inflatable single bed can be utilised to increase maximum family occupancy, baby facilities (cot and high chair) can be provided at a small extra cost payable locally.
A fully equipped separate kitchen area allows guests to make good use of the nearby supermarkets, fish market and local butcher.
The indoor dining area seats six people and the good sized terrace is furnished with patio table and four chairs with an umbrella for dining al fresco.
The pleasant and spacious lounge area seats 6 people in comfort. Designated undercover car parking space is within a few metres of the property and on same level.

Polis Gardens is a recently completed and very well managed private development. The grounds are thoughtfully landscaped and along with owners sympathetic additions make the overall aspect very appealing.
In simplistic terms "A very relaxing, comfortable place to stay".
The apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a private toddler security gated terrace overlooking the pool area and countryside. Guests have full use of the 30 metre (1.4m level depth) swimming pool facilities along with a separate kiddies section and plenty of poolside sunbeds and umbrellas.
Guests can also enjoy the use of the well equipped gymnasium, hot tub/jacuzzi, and sauna room with changing room and shower facilities at the immediate rear of the property included in the rental cost.
Changeover days can be flexible to fit in with airline timetables.Access time is 16.00hrs pm on day of arrival with vacation being required by 11am as standard to facilitate same day changeovers.These times can be varied by negotiation with owner.
The Paphos region
Situated in West Cyprus arguably the Mediterranean's most beautiful island, with a relaxed pace of life and friendly welcoming people.
Plenty to do for all ages and interests including the spectacular Akamas National Park, Troodos mountains, sparkling blue seas, magnificent mountain and coastal scenery and wonderful historic cities & towns to be explored.
Paphos town itself is a lively holiday resort wth a revamped pedestianised harbour area loaded with shops and cafe bars, easily accessible from Polis and well worth a visit if you enjoy the hustle and bustle.
Polis is the main town of the "Chrysochous Bay area" - 20 plus kms of sweeping coastline with sandy beaches, picnic areas, pretty villages and tavernas along the way to Pomos harbour. Polis, with its pedestrianised cobbled centre, has all the ameneties that holiday makers will require but is away from the usual tourist route. As such, it is friendly and unspoilt and retains its local charm.
Polis has a number of bars and restaurants including the renowned Arsinoes Fish Tavern - owned by a local fisherman so freshness is guaranteed!
Golfers can find 3 golf courses within 30 - 50 minutes drive. Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills.
The Akamas National Park is within 15 minutes drive. With is numerous nature trails it is great for walkers, bird spotters, those who want to see flora and fauna ... or those who just want a leisurely time taking in the beauty of this wonderful area.
For family entertainment, Polis Go-Carting and the Podromi 10 pin Bowling Alleys are within 5 minutes drive. The Paphos Aphrodite Water Park with slides and rafting is about 35 minutes drive away www.aphroditewaterpark.com
There are a number of beaches nearby. Polis Beach is around 30 minutes walk or 7 - 8 minutes drive away. Other beaches can be found at Lara, Latchi and near the Baths of Aphrodite.
There is plenty for watersports lovers. Latchi Watersports (www.latchiwatersportscentre.com) can organise scuba diving, parasailing, jet-skis, boat hire and snorkelling. Those wanting a more leisurely trip on the seas can take part in a glass bottomed boat cruise around the Akamas peninsula.
Live music events are held in the town square during July, August and September as part of the "Polis Nights" series. These feature a mixture of classical, traditional cypriot and mainstream music.
The local bus service covers all of this coastline from the Baths of Aphrodite to Pomos, it is inexpensive and also connects Polis town to Paphos.

"Relaxing, affortable holiday in a superb apartment with a great location."
From the moment I contacted the owner directly to organise a week long stay with my wife and young daughter in October, everything was conducted with efficiency, friendliness and honesty. The place itself was precisely as advertised, but even nicer than the pictures in reality. The flat was clean, tidy and spacious with all mod cons. The pool area was large, and the neighbours, both permanent and temporary were friendly and accomodating. Polis itself really was only 10 minutes away (not double the distance as so often happens) and it was a very pleasant place to eat, or go for an evening drink. All in all, this holiday (and apartment) more than lived up to my expectations and I would have no hesitation in returning and recommending it to others.
