Toscana's Hills Argaka Located within a 5 minute drive of Polis. The 1 bedroom ground floor apartment is in a secluded location with both Sea and Mountain views enjoying a prime location due to its closeness to the Sea (5 - 6 minutes walking) and its elevation offering an unobstructed view.
The apartment is fully equipped and furnished to a modern design with a fully fitted kitchen. Features include Marble flooring throughout along with air conditioning and a private garden with a Jacuzzi over looking the sea and Akamas.
The apartment sleeps four with the option of a sofa bed in the living room and a choice of either 2 single beds or a king size bed in the bedroom. There is a car parking space in the underground car park.

The Paphos District
Climate and Temperature Cyprus enjoys the best Mediterranean climate with approximately 340 days of sunshine per year. Pafos has the finest climate on the island with cooler summers and short mild winters. The swimming season practically starts from April and does not end until November. Pine forests are close to the coast and it is possible to ski in the mountains and swim in the blue Mediterranean in just one day.
The average daytime temperature is about 12-15C in winter and 25-30C in summer. It is for its excellent climate and for the hospitality of its people, that Cyprus has become such a popular destination for Europeans who come to Cyprus as tourists at first and after a couple of visits they decide buy a house and live here permanently.
Polis / Argaka area
Argaka Village About a 5-minute drive from Polis and Latchi, Argaka Village offers a great base for nature lovers. With the Paphos forest to the rear, you may get a chance to see the endangered “Moufflon” at Stavros is Psokas or hike down the nature trails yet at the same time have the sea only a short drive away. This village is notorious for its delightful little restaurants along the beachfront.
Within walking distance of the apartment are several local tavernas and an Irish bar offering live entertainment and reasonably priced meals. There is also a bakery and 3 mini markets in the village or travel 5 minutes by car to Polis for the main supermarket and a variety or good restuarants and banks. Latchi is about 15 minutes by car and worth a visit for a good selection of restuarants serving freshly caught fish in the harbour.

Further details indoors: The bedroom has a zip link bed that can be made up as either 2 singles or a king-size bed for maximum versatility. This is not the standard orthapedic mattress that is commonly found in Cyprus, but is a british supplied quality mattress.
Linen and Towels are included along with full use of the Jacuzzi and Aircon.
Further details outdoors: There is a Jacuzzi in the private patio area looking down to the sea.
There is a large shared swimming pool located in the central piazza with a sea view and a separate children's pool.
Sun loungers and parasols are provided at the poolside.
Communal showers and toilets are located downstairs, lift access is available to these.
