The property sits in the countryside on the edge of the Akamas peninsula national park. Located on the outskirts of Polis the small complex of houses and apartments surrounds a large communal swimming pool with lovely views of nearby fields and hills.
The property is an ideal base for exploring the local area either by walking, cycling or by car. Nearby are the Baths of Aphrodite where the goddess Aphrodite is said to have bathed. The beautiful harbour village of Latsi with its many restaurants serving locally caught seafood is a must for all.

The Paphos District
Polis is 35km north of Paphos, on the western side of Cyprus close to the beautiful Akamas peninsula. Aphrodites pool is also nearby.
Polis area
The Akamas peninsula, proposed as the island's first National Park in 1989, covering an area of 60 sq mile, encompassing a very varied terrain with beaches, cliffs, gorges, and forests as well as a number of picturesque villages.
Near Latsi lies the Baths of Aphrodite where the goddess Aphrodite bathed, remarkable for being permanently wet on a dry island.
How to get there
Polis is 40 minutes from Paphos airport by car or taxi. The airport receives regular flights from the UK. Carriers include Easyjet, British Airways, Globespan, Monarch, First Choice, Thomson, Thomas Cook, Eurocypria. Detailed driver instuctions supplied.

Further details indoors: The accommodation is on two floors and comprises on the first floor, a double bedroom with a lovely balcony overlooking the swimming pool, en-suite bathroom with marble topped vanity cupboard and a twin bedroom with en-suite toilet/shower room. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.
The ground level has a main door leading into an open plan kitchen area with ample cupboards containing a wide rage of kitchen appliances including a large fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine and microwave as well as toaster/kettle etc.
The lounge/dining area, which is beautifully furnished, is spaceous and comfortable with satellite TV providing British channels and a DVD player. There is a large understair storage cupboard and a downstairs toilet . As with most Cypriot properties solar energy is used to provide hot water for showers etc. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning units and all windows and patio doors have additional fly screens. Linen and bathroom towels are included.
Further details outdoors: The 3.6m full width patio doors open out onto the outside patio area with excellent views of the countryside and direct access to the lovely communal swimming pool and sunbathing area. There are sun loungers and umbrellas around the poolside and shower/changing rooms for all to use.
