This villa is part of an 18 villa development. It is a very quiet and private development - we have Paphos forest behind us and the village of Argaka and the Med in front. This is a new villa - and has been finished to a very high standard.
Polis town is a 4 min drive away and it has a large selection of banks, supermarkets, tavernas, bars and restaurants to choose from.
There is every kind of water sport available in latchi , miles of beaches in Argaka & Latchi, cycling, snorkelling, hill walking, golf etc all available very close by.

The Paphos District
The weather here is great all year round, and because the villa is built using British timber frame construction - it is very comfortable to live in all year round. Polis is the nearest town and Polis in Greek means town. Argaka is one of the largest villages on this side of the island and is mainly agricultural.
We grow oranges, lemons,water melon, walnut, all sorts of herbs, grapes and potatoes.
We have stunning views of the Akamas which is now a protected area, and is home for the rare Moufflon goats, that roam freely there. We have miles & miles of beaches in Argaka and the turtles are now coming ashore to lay there eggs on the beaches, which are great to see.
This side of the island has grown rapidly over the past 5 years, but still has the "unspoilt real" feel to it. This side of the island is the "real" Cyprus.
Polis / Argaka area
In the fishing village of Latchi you will find every kind of water sport available, from hiring a boat, water skiing, diving, scuba diving, snorkelling and fishing. It also has a good selection of tavernas and bars, and because of the harbour the best fish is served here.
Paphos is only a 30 - 40 min drive away and the historic site of the mosaics is something to see, as is the tombs of the kings. Pahos now has its own water park for the kids - and for the golfers - we have about 4 golf courses.
The villa has all the information brochures & leaflets (& local maps) of all the events and festivals that are on throughout the year.
How to get there
Argaka is 12km from Polis and Latchi and 35km from Paphos International Airport. It takes approx 30-40 mins drive to get to Argaka.
When leaving Paphos airport you will follow directions for Strompi and Polis.Once in Polis, you then follow directions to Argaka, Ayia Marnia and Kato Pygros.

The view from the patio area is breathtaking.
Our "Local" is an Irish themed bar called the Flyagain and it has quiz nights, bingo, live music and great food.
Very quiet and peaceful with Pafos forest behind us and stunning view in front. Polis and latchi are a 4 min drive away.
