Patio doors open directly onto the large, furnished upper terrace from where you can admire the panoramic views over the citrus groves, vineyards and rolling countryside. Outside, the large, private 10m x 5m swimming pool with walk-in steps takes pride of place in the paved sun terrace. There is a lawned garden to the side, 8 sunbeds, ample umbrellas, and table and chairs for outdoor dining. Reached via a flight of steps from the pool area is a separate games room with a pool table and some gym equipment. Air-conditioning and central heating is available throughout the villa, including all bedrooms, lounge, dining room, kitchen and the games room. The pool can also be heated during the cooler months. The Paphos District
Peristerona is a quiet, traditional, inland village just 10 minutes drive from the main town of Polis and approximately 30 minutes drive from Paphos town and harbour. In Polis you will find many shops, restaurants and cafes located on the pedestrianised centre away from all the passing traffic. Close to the town of Polis is the small fishing harbour of Latchi where one can sit at the many waterfront tavernas watching the local catch come in. Beyond Latchi are the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and the Akamas Peninsula. Paphos Town centre is within 35 minutes drive.
