Further details indoors: The accommodation is arranged over one level, as follows: open plan living room/dining room with its traditional working fireplace with wood burning stove and a timber beamed ceiling furnished with sofas and armchairs, a TV (local channels only), a small CD/radio/cassette player and a dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen incorporates an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. There is a separate family bathroom. The main house has a twin bedroom with exposed timber beamed ceiling with French doors opening out to the pool area, and a double bedroom with exposed timber beamed ceiling with French doors leading out to the pool area. Adjacent, but accessed via the the pool area, is a further double bedroom with timber beamed ceiling and en-suite shower room and a further twin bedroom with exposed beamed ceiling and stone floor (this bedroom uses the family bathroom in the main part of the house). All four bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units*.
Further details outdoors: Outside is the large paved, private, enclosed courtyard set with terracotta pots with colourful plants and flowers. The large 8m x 4m private swimming pool has walk in steps. Sun beds and parasols are provided. A table and chairs placed under a pergola provide the perfect shaded spot for outdoor dining making use of the barbecue and traditional feature stone oven. Private parking.
