The villa is located in the quiet village of Yialia, just past the beautiful village of Argaka and within approximately 10 minutes drive of the main town of Polis where you will find extensive facilities.

On the ground floor there is an open plan kitchen/living room/dining room. The luxury kitchen has granite worktops and is fully equipped with modern appliances including microwave, dishwasher, coffee percolator, juicer etc. The teak dining table has seating for 8 and a high chair is available. The air-conditioned living room has luxurious cream leather sofas, Satellite TV with a multitude of channels, DVD player and Hi-Fi. Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor; one double with a TV and en suite bathroom, and one twin with an en-suite shower room. Guest cloakroom.

On the first floor there is a double master bedroom with TV and en-suite bathroom, and one further twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Both of the bedrooms have large terraces which are furnished with tables and chairs and offer panoramic views. On the hallway there is a kitchenette with the washing machine and ironing facilities. The property has air-conditioning* for cooling and heating throughout, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A baby cot is available upon request.

Outside, there are lawned gardens, ample space for parking several cars, covered veranda, large 9 x 4.5 metre private swimming pool with walk-in steps, pool shower, barbecue, 8 sun beds, parasols, table and chairs. From the garden/pool area you can walk just a few metres to a sandy beach.


Conditions

Two bedrooms are situated on the ground floor each with en suite facilities. As there are minimal steps from the ground floor to the pool terrace/gardens and the pool has walk in steps (no hand rail) this property is suitable for those with mobility difficulties but who are able to manage some steps. It is not suitable for those permanently confined to a wheelchair as there are no internal widened doorways, handrails in bathrooms etc
