Home description

This pretty, low-rise complex of apartments is ideally situated within 5 minutes walk of Polis Town square and just 15 minutes stroll to the sandy beach and is the perfect choice for a relaxing and restful holiday in this picturesque corner of Cyprus. Each apartment is simply but comfortably furnished and provides self-catering facilities. The friendly reception can offer a wealth of facilities to make your stay even more enjoyable, including arranged excursions around the island, jeep safaris, boat trips, water sports, scuba diving and taxis, in addition to money exchange, laundry service and safe boxes (local charge).

The accommmodation is comfortably furnished in traditional style and has individually controlled air-conditioning*, balcony, full bathroom and kitchenette with fridge, gas cooking rings, toaster etc. The one-bedroom apartments have twin beds (double bed may be available on request) and can sleep up to 4 persons using extra beds for which there is a small additional daily charge.

The Paphos District

Once the capital of Cyprus, Paphos has a history that dates back thousands of years. Modern Paphos is split into two parts, the upper part being the old town known locally as “Ktima” and the lower town by the coast known as ‘Kato Paphos’. The upper part of the town contains the main commercial centre, shops and modern museums. The lower part of the town contains most of the historic sites.

Paphos is rich in ancient and natural sites which is reflected in the fact that it is included in the UNESCO list of World Cultural Heritage Sites and many of these sites date back to the Roman ages.


Polis area

Polis is a traditional town, huddled around a pedestrianised square making it safe to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee watching the world pass by or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. The organised beach backed by tall Eucalyptus trees is within 3 kilometres of the property. The seaside resort of Latchi, with its famed fish tavernas is only a few minutes away by car, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Beyond Latchi you will find the well know 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular. The daily market, waterpark, harbour and castle of Paphos can be reached within 30 minutes drive.

There are ample sunbeds provided. pool shower, wide-screen TV and a handy pool-side bar offers drinks and snacks. The comfortably furnished lounge area has satellite TV, and the nearby snack bar/restaurant offers breakfasts, lunchtime snacks and evening meals. Theme nights and evening entertainment are organised (according to season/occupancy). A well equipped gym and sauna are available and a beauty salon will offer massage, facials, manicure/pedicure etc.
