The villa has been built out of natural stone and only the finest quality materials have been chosen so as to make this Villa a true '5 Star' holiday to remember. The Villa itself is built on one of the finest plots of land in the area, being perched on a mountain top plateau where you not only have complete privacy, but also some of the most breathtaking views on the island.
The spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area features satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and Hi-fi. A real wood fireplace (for which logs can be supplied) adds a cosy touch to the living area. The hand made kitchen is fully equipped with an oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. The large dining table comfortably seats 6.
The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room and the other with access to a separate shower room. The villa has split air-conditioning throughout and central heating, so the property can be enjoyed in comfort all year round. A hairdryer and pool towels are supplied for guests use. A baby cot and highchair can be provided on request.
Outside, the 8m x 4m private heated* swimming pool is surrounded by a paved sunbathing terrace furnished with hand made wooden sun beds, garden table & chairs and a poolside shower. A wooden pergola provides shade for those looking for respite from the midday heat and a barbecue is provided for summer dining al fresco taking advantage of those warm summer nights.

Wheelchair friendly:
As this is a bungalow style property all bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen are located on one level. The swimming pool has walk in steps (with hand rail) as well as ladder access. As there are only a couple of steps from the terrace area to the pool terrace this villa is suitable for those with mobility difficulities but not suitable for those permanently confined to a wheelchair as there are no internal widened doorways, handrails in bathrooms etc

The Paphos region
Polis the principal town for this region huddles around a pedestrianised square, a great place to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee while watching the world pass by or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre.
The seaside resort of Latchi, with its well known sea food tavernas is only a few minutes drive from Polis, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily.
Beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for the more adventurous explorer the protected Akamas Peninsular with its many walking trails. Take the time to explore some of the villages off the beaten path where you'll discover such delights as village cultural centres and museums, galleries, Churches and wineries with free wine tasting!
Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to visitors. The Minthis Hills Golf Course is just under a 30 minute drive away whilst the town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within a 40 minute drive.
The Polis / Peristerona area
In the northwest corner of the island numerous villages are hidden away in the hills behind the bay of Polis Chrysochous. If you would like to experience a more authentic side of Cyprus then these are the places to head to. Just about every one of these villages has a small village store for basic provisions and the requisite 'kafenion' where locals gather to socialize and chat covering everything from village gossip to political discussions over thick, strong coffee and maybe a game of backgammon, but that is about as lively as it gets, as the emphasis on a stay in these villages is rest and relaxation.
Peristerona is one such village. The kafenion and village store are approximately 1.9 kms from the villa, with a larger supermarket being found in the neighbouring village of Skoulli approximately 4.5 kms away. Small tavernas serving simple village dishes are found in the neighbouring villages of Steni and Lysos both within 5 kms of the villa.
Just because you prefer to stay inland doesn't mean you have to miss out on the beach experience. The coastal resorts of Polis and Latchi are both within 12 kilometres of the villa and both feature coarse sand and shingle beaches with sunbeds and umbrellas for hire and restaurants/snack bars providing refreshments. If you prefer a more remote option then venture a little further along the coast to the natural stretch of coarse sand, shingle and pebble that runs along the Argaka shoreline. For a day here you will need to bring your own beach mat and umbrella, refreshments can be found at one of the handful of tavernas scattered along the coastal road or you can take a cool box and lunch under the shade of the trees in one of the designated picnic areas.
