Upon entering the villa you will find an open plan spacious ground floor consisting of living area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
The living area, accessed through stone archways, is decorated in a contemporary style and opens onto the pool terrace. You will find a flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player and CD player, all positioned cosily next to the open fire place.
Adjacent is the dining area with a large elegant dining table offering seating for up to 9 guests. The dining area opens onto the pool terrace through patio doors which also allow for plenty of light to enter the area creating a vivid and airy atmosphere.
The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and appareled in soft colours. Here you can find an electric hob and oven with extractor hood, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven and dishwasher. The large breakfast bar (2 bar stools) allows for relaxed conversations over a cup of coffee.

Moving to the mezzanine floor you will find the first bedroom of this villa. This is a double bedroom enjoying a good degree of privacy and featuring an en-suite shower room and private access to a balcony overlooking the pool area.
The first floor hosts the remaining 3 double bedrooms – 2 of them featuring en-suite shower rooms, while the third one has the luxury of an en-suite bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have access to a shared spacious balcony with superb views over the rural countryside of Steni's surroundings.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have under floor heating facility allowing for the villa to be enjoyed all year round. (***Included in the rental rate***)

The villa is located in the heart of Steni Village within just a moments walk of the pretty village centre with convenience stores, taverna, cafes and museum.
The village of Steni is found in the northwestern part of Cyprus, five kilometers from the Bay of Polis Chrysochous.
Built at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level its wonderful climate produces cherries, avocado, mango, watermelons, apples, lemons and oranges in abundance. Steni is located between mountains and plains and much of the village history relates to the river that flowed across the community with five oil mills situated along its banks, the oldest dating back to the 16 century. The bridge that crossed the river connecting the two parts of the village was the meeting point for locals during the evenings, who would sit chatting while listening to the flow of the river. Even though the river no longer flows through the village, Steni still enjoys a laid back atmosphere. The village is evolving with the times but its developments are controlled so it still retains much of its natural charm and character.
Amongst its modern day amenities Steni counts a small village store, coffee shop and village tavern located within the village center. The villa is just a few minutes walk from the village center. Polis the principal town for the region is within an easy 10 minute drive. This traditional town, huddled around a pedestrianised square is a great place to browse the many shops, enjoy a coffee watching the world pass by or dine at any of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre. Polis offers the nearest organized beach to the villas backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.
The seaside resort of Latchi, with its well known sea food tavernas is only a few minutes drive from Polis, and here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily. Beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for the more adventurous explorer the protected Akamas Peninsular with its many walking trails. Polis and its neighbouring villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, watersports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to visitors.
The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark, Paphos Zoo and attractive harbour area is within a 50 minute drive.
There are 4 golf courses; Tsada Golf Course, Secret Valley Golf Course, Aphrodite Hills Golf Course and Elea Golf Course all within approximately a 40 minute to 1 hour drive.
