This beachfront property ( 2008) “Marlin beach villa” is situated in Argaka, just 50 meters from the beach and a few minutes drive from Polis and port Latchi.

The “Marlin beach villa” has easy access to all amentities including local taverns for eating, sandy beaches , shops, bars and many nice places. The “Marlin beach villa" is an ideal for a perfect family holiday.

On the ground floor is a modern design, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, double-door fridge/freezer), a utility room with gas hob, a spacious living/dining area, a double bedroom with separate shower/toilet and a storage room.

The entertainment in the living area comprises of an LCD television (satellite), home cinema, dvd/cd player.

On the first floor are three bedrooms; a bedroom with twin beds with en-suite shower/toilet, the master bedroom with en-suite shower/sauna (steam) and a bedroom with a double bed with en-suite shower/toilet. All bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning.

A generous balcony and a worktop with a sink are also on the first floor.

The property is walled with natural stone. The garden includes a swimming pool (5 x 10m) with roman steps, an outdoor bar and a large covered veranda.The finishing and decoration inside and out are all of the highest quality and latest design.

This "Marlen beach villa"is situated in a peaceful, private location, in the beautiful village Argaka a traditional Cypriot village. Argaka located about a 5 minutes drive from the seaside town Polis Chrysochous and a 50 minutes drive from Paphos and Paphos International Airport.

The Polis / Argaka area

This brand-new beachfront villa is situated in Argaka, a rural village known for its citrus fruits and vegetables. On walking distance are several tavernas and bars, a small supermarket and a kiosk. The area offers plenty opportunity for water sports, fishing and other outdoor activities. The (future) golf courses in Limni, Latchi Marina with its famous fish taverns and the town Polis Chrysochous with all necessary amenities are just a few minutes driving away from the villa.

I would like to thank you and the owner of Marlin Beach Villa, for a truly wonderful family break from the 8th. to 14 th. June, the Villa was superb, and all that we expected and even more than we expected.

Places in the area to visit, and also eating recommendations, (the best we found in our short stay was Lisa’s Place)
