A recently built bungalow with sea views with extensive funishings, incorporating a private swimming pool in a quiet and rural location in close proximity to local amenities. Magnificent views of the Cyprus countryside reaching to the coast as well as the Akamas and Troodos mountains. The bungalow is located within a few short miles of the Baths of Aphrodite and the Chrysochou Bay which is ideal for the budding diver of all levels. The bungalow benefits from having full air-conditioning installed, satellite TV, a master bedroom (en-suite) and a further double bedroom and twin. Both of these rooms have access to another family friendly bathroom, there is also a further WC. All rooms are furnished with roman blinds that assist in keeping the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. The living room is a large space with an open ceiling to the roof, this leads to the kitchen and dining room area, again this is fully furnished with modern facilities and granite working surfaces, the dining area will seat 6 with additional 2 stools at the breakfast bar for extra guests.
The bungalow has a terrace running around the back of the property to allow for a bbq area and also to view the lemon groves below it as well as giving access to the roof terrace, either areas perfect for having breakfast or an evening meal. The terrace also gives access to the private swimming pool for those who wish to have a morning swim before breakfast or just to simply sit and enjoy the day around the pool.

The Paphos District
Located in the North East of Cyprus near the Baths of Aphrodite the Paphos district is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of life. The local town of Polis is very traditionally Cypriot with the town square being the hub off all social activities with many taverna's and local shops to expolore. Average temperatures during the summer months are over 30 degrees with the winter months rarely dropping below 16 degrees.
Polis / Argaka area
The bungalow is ideally located to the local amenities where there are small supermarkets, banks, post office, as well as plenty of tavernas and restaurants. English is widely spoken so there is no problem for first time visitors to the area.
Polis is close to where Aphrodite is believed to have met her beloved Adonis. Further along the coast visit the Baths of Aphrodite where it is believed she came to bathe, a quiet and tranquil place to visit.
Latchi Marina is about 4km from the bungalow, here there are many Tavernas and restaurants where the food is excellent, the restaurants are packed with locally caught fish of the day and are always served best with the local wines.
For the avid golfers amongst you there is the Tsada Golf Club which is located a short drive (no pun intended) amongst vineyards and a 12th century monastery a challenging course for all levels with excellent facillities, currently under construction in the Argaka area is a new international golf course, this as said is under construction at the moment but have no doubts when complete will be able to rival Tsada for facillities.
Everyday groceries can be perchased from the local 'Kiosks' dotted around Argaka and beyond, if you do not wish to cook every (or any) evening there are local Taverna's that are within a short walking and driving distance to allow you to taste the local cuisine.
How to get there
Easy Jet, Thomson, other low cost airlines from all major UK airports - and some of the smaller ones also.
Recommend hire car is saught from the UK prior to arriving in Cyprus.
