This exceptionally large and spacious apartment, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, is on the 2nd floor and enjoys stunning views over open countryside to the hills in the distance and to the sea. It makes an excellent base for enjoying all the region has to offer. You can have a quiet time by the pool, or explore the Troodos mountains and villages,or walk through Polis and on by the sea to Latchi where cosy tavernas await, and/or water sports facilities from the marina. The Paphos District
The Paphos area is steeped in history, and has year round sunshine making it a great choice for many types of holiday. There is the Tomb of the Kings and the mosaics as well as the old harbour in Paphos itself. The Troodos Mountains are easy to explore by car, with stunning scenery and quaint villages along the way. There are 3 excellent golf courses, Tsada, Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills, all worth a visit. For the young or young at heart, there is a water park, boat trips, water sports and off road quad biking as well as many other activities.
Polis area
Polis itself is one of the most talked about places in Cyprus, a favourite with Cypriots themselves. The old paved square is the centre of Polis, and this is where you find a variety of restaurants and taverns all with their own friendly atomosphere, serving up fresh fish and local dishes. The beach is 10mins walk from the square, and once there, there is a wonderful walk to nearby Latchi. At Latchi there are boat trips and water sports from the marina and plenty of waterfront restaurants with uninterrupted views of the bay. For the children and the more energetic holidaymaker there are quad bikes and bicycles for hire, or the local go-cart centre, and in the evening a new ten-pin bowling alley has opened.

You can fly from, Glasgow, Newcastle, Leeds/Bradford, Manchester and London airports, and this year there are budget flights by Globespan, Jet2 and Easy Jet. Paphos airport- 40mins drive Car hire is available by contacting us. Detailed directions from Paphos airport will be forwarded on booking.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking (non refundable). Full balance is required 8 weeks prior to departure date. If booking less than 8 weeks before departure date full payment is required and this is non refundable, please take out insurance to cover this. When booking a £100 deposit is required to cover any breakages/loss of keys..This will be refunded upon checking of apartment and keys returned. Apartment is strictly non smoking, smoking only allowed on balconies.
