This villa is located 10 minutes walk from the beach. Within 5 minutes walk you will find yourself in the village of Argaka. This villas is set back from the road it is very quite and relaxing in this area you have a sea view as well as mountain views. Quiet and peaceful, yet only fifteen minutes from the larger resorts such as Polis and Latchi where you can find restaurants for eating out also water sports everyone soon falls in love with the area its the place for relaxation and enjoyment with lovely beaches and crystal water.
This newly built villa is situated in the Village of Argaka. Outside hot tub and large pool. Also a children's play area.This villa is located amongst orange groves with lots of space. Argaka village lies on the edge of the Pafos forest and it overlooks the Mediterranean Sea.
