About the home

MrsT's is a 2 bedroom townhouse on a small complex set in a natural and unspoiled area of Argaka,.its a perfect retreat for couples and who want to experience the real Cyprus.

The house itself has 3 floors and is fully air conditioned and has access to 2 shared swimming pools.
The ground floor is a modern, spacious open plan kitchen, dinning and sitting room, the kitchen is fully equipped with every thing you will need for a self catering holiday with friends or family, the dinning area has a table and 4 chairs leading to a light and airy sitting room with 2 sofas coffee tables bookshelf TV and DVD player.

The master bedroom has a double bed, fully fitted wardrobe, ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, a balcony overlooking orange and lemon groves with views to the sea.

The second bedroom is equally well furnished but with twin beds, fully fitted wardrobe ensuite bathroom and a balcony over looking the pools that the house shares use of.

Further to the above details the ground floor has a cloak room with toilet and hand basin. Wifi can be freely accessed at many of the local tavernas and cafes.

The patio, that is accessed from the down stairs sitting room offers fantastic views over the Akamas peninsula .
Enjoy breakfast on the patio or BBQ whilst watching the sunset into the sea.
For all day sunshine the house has a private roof terrace with shaded and open areas, sun loungers, sofas, large coffee table and panoramic views of the mountains and coast line nearby, private parking adds to the homes many features.

We ask for £100 to secure the booking and this is non-refundable in the event of late cancellation. This sum also acts as a breakages bond and will be refunded as soon as the property has been checked after your holiday. the agreed rental amount is due 8 weeks before departure.

The Paphos region

The local beach, restaurants, bakery and supermarket are less than a 5 minute drive or a 15 to 20 minute walk away. The area has many trails suitable for both walking or cycling including a lovely trail through the pine forest taking in the Argaka dam.

Polis is a short drive away where you can find excellent Cypriot restaurants and cafe bars the area is ideal for walking, cycling,swimming, snorkeling, sailing and many more activities.

Latchi is another 5 minute drive from Polis where you can sit and relax on the harbour front and watch the boats coming and going or you can hire your own boat and head out to the blue lagoon along the dramatic coast line with its warm crystal clear sea, with no tides or dangerous currents its a perfect place to relax and swim.

There are a number of golf courses within easy reach approx 30 -50 mins drive away, there is currently a new golf course being constructed 5 minites drive from Argaka.

For wine lovers you can follow the wine routes viewing the wineries and tasting the local wines.
Other attractions include the Baths of Aphrodite where according to Greek mythology the goddess of love bathed. The Akamas perninsula an ideal area for cycling hiking or taking a jeep safari with some breathtaking views along the many coastal paths with access to secluded beaches and the beaches of Lara on the west coast with some of the last remianing nesting grounds for the green and loggerhead turtles.
Enjoy a day out at the Paphos water park a 50 minute drive from Argaka (not just for children).
Paphos is included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world heritage.
Here you will find the Tomb of the Kings , folk and art Museums, churches and so much more.
The stunning Troodos mountains with many beautiful villages and a winter ski resort are within driving distance

“Beautiful townhouse with beautiful views in immaculate condition.” spacious townhouse suitable for 4 people. Very peaceful setting amongst orange and lemon groves, within a short walk of a conservation area. A car is advisable as the local shops and bars are approximately 2 miles away but uphill on your return. I spent a lovely week in this townhouse and will without a doubt return in the near future.
