Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, patio doors onto the balcony and sea and mountain views. The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower with sliding glass doors, wc and basin. There is also a window. Fully fitted, modern kitchen with electric ceramic cooker with extractor fan, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. Iron, ironing board, clothes airer, pegs. The living room has patio doors leading on to a balcony with table and chairs for 4, and has sea views. There is a L shaped sofa, coffee table and satellite TV with DVD.
In the centre of the living room area there is a dining room table and 4 chairs.

The apartment is part of a small complex, situated in a peaceful spot. It is comfortable and spacious, and there is a private parking space. The large private roof terrace has panoramic views of the bay. There is a hot tub, seating up to 8 people, a picnic table, and sun loungers. Perfect for watching those sunsets over the Akamas peninsula/sea.
There is also a shared swimming pool.
Both bedroom and living rooms have balconies. There is a patio table with 4 chairs on the main balcony.

Towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned and the towels and linen are changed once a week.
There is a dual air-conditioning/heating system, and a heater is provided for colder evenings.
Beach towels are also provided.
Conditions
A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking. Full payment of the balance, plus a refundable damage deposit of £150 is due 6 weeks before arrival.
The charge for the use of the hot tub in the first week is £50. Thereafter is is £25 per week.
Prices for the apartment rental quoted on the website are for 2 people. There is an additional 20% charge for up to 2 additional people.
The Paphos region
Polis is situated in a bay, overlooking the Akamas peninsula. This is a quiet, peaceful area, great for walking and cycling. There is a charming town square, with numerous restaurants, and bars. The climate is generally warm and sunny. The apartment is next to the ancient Marion ruins and there is an archaeological museum.
The Polis / Polis Chrysochous area
It is just a 2 minute walk from the apartment to the nearest beach. Polis beach is 5 minutes walk away. Latchi marina and beach are 20 minutes walk/a few minutes drive. There are also numerous secluded beaches along the coast. There is a comprehensive information pack in the apartment, covering activities, restaurants, sight-seeing, public transport.
Diving, sailing, powerboating, snorkelling, boat trips, horse riding, walking, and Akamas jeep safari's are some of the activities available locally.
The Akamas Peninsula and Baths of Aphrodite are about 10 minutes drive or bus ride away, and Paphos with it harbour, Roman Mosaics and Tomb of the Kings can be reached by car in 40 minutes or by a regular bus service.

Thought the appartments were lovely, great for couples, friends or family, this property was perfect for us as it meant we could cook at home or go out for yummy meals in our surroundings. The roof terrace was a real treat and we very much enjoyed the sunsets and the stars whilst sitting in the 'disco light' style jacuzzi with our i pod plugged into it. Bliss. Everything you need is there for cooking/picnics. The Living room are was comfy and television a nice treat. Liked having balconys in each room and shower really good. Great place to stay as so close to Latchi/Polis and 40 minutes from the airport in Paphos. Definitely advise hiring a boat, scuba diving and exploring the beaches. Our favorite was up near the baths of aphrodite where you can swim out the the rock. The Troodos are worth a visit also and the food up there is so much cheaper. Preffered eating in Polis to Latchi as less touristy. BBQ's are also easy to have in Cyprus as they sell disposibles with the stands and easy to clean up and throw away. Apartment is located in a peaceful location yet close to restaurants supermarket and beach. Apt is fully equipped with everything you need should you choose to cook and the jacuzzi is the finishing touch. |

We had a marvellous stay in this lovely apartment. It was very clean and modern and more than met all our needs. The owner had thought of everything to make your stay wonderful. Fabulous view from balcony of sea and countryside. The owner was very helpful when planning our trip. Thoroughly relaxing holiday and would recommend to friends. |
