About the home

Latchi Heights Villas 8 & 10 is located on the edge of the Akamas Forest in a hill top position giving stunning views of the entire Chrysochou Bay and Latchi Harbour. These fabulously spacious villas are complete with a private outdoor swimming pools and a beautifully landscaped gardens & patios for privacy.

These villas offers you total luxury. Spacious & modern, with 3 large bedrooms, the villas are furnished to the highest standard - with air conditioning, contemporary fittings, stone tiling, quality appliances & a modern well equipped kitchen.
The open plan ground floor comprises of a dining area for six and lounge seating for six, Satellite TV and DVD & Wi Fi Internet. One large double and two twin bedrooms, with en-suite or separate bathrooms. For larger groups there are sofa-beds in the living area.

Ground Floor: Large L shaped open plan living/dining area overlooking the pool with the kitchen off to one side.

Twin bedroom with terrace. En-suite bathroom with bath & shower in villa 10. Separate bathroom in Villa 8.
First floor: One double & one twin bedroom, both with balconies and en-suite bathrooms - bath & shower. Separate bathroom in Villa 8.

The furnishings were all sourced in the UK including the wonderfully comfortable beds. Lots of built in wardrobe space in each bedroom.

Facilities:

The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, conventional oven and hob and washing machine.
Villa 8 living area has 3x3 seater sofa beds. Villa 10 living area has 2x3 seater sofa beds
Dining table and chairs for 6.
There's a widescreen TV and DVD player, computer games console Wii with 1 terabyte hard drive and 500 games and an iPod docking station.

Air conditioning in every room.

Bedding and bath towels all provided. Beach towel are also provided.

Conditions

£200/€250 damage deposit collected with every booking & is refunded by him upon housekeeping/departure.

Due to the ever increasing cost of electricity in Cyprus we have had to introduce a 250KWh allowance per week. In the unlikely event that guests exceed this the excess will be payable to our agent upon departure at the rate of 40 cents per KWh.
All bed linen and bath towel are provided. A Mid stay clean with fresh towels and linen can be provided at extra cost, but please request in advance or at welcome meeting.
Due to the ever increasing restrictions on luggage allowance we now supply beach towels.

The Paphos region

The Latchi beaches & harbour are a 5 minute drive away.
The nearby town of Polis is included in the UNESCO list of world heritage sites.
The Akamas Peninsula, with it's stunning coastal walks, beaches and nature trails, is a 10 minute drive from the villa.
3 golf courses - Tsada, Aphrodite Hills & Secret Valley that are all within 15 - 20 minutes drive.
Hire a motor boat to visit deserted bays & a wreck for snorkeling.
Visit the Legendary Baths of Aphrodite.
Tylliria - walk on spectacular untouched mountain forest trails.
Or visit the Turtle hatchery at Lara beach.
Scuba diving - there's a dive centre in Latchi - Latchi Water Sports Centre.

The Polis / Neo Chorio area

This superb location offers a relaxing haven. The traditional village of Neo Chorio is within easy walking distance, offering two authentic traditional tavernas and local store stocking baked bread, meat, fish and fresh fruit and vegetables along with charcoal for the BBQ.
Latchi Marina is a ten minute drive and offers an extensive selection of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Flights - there are two airports that service the villa, Paphos is 1 hour away and Larnaca is
2 hours. Of the two Larnaca is the larger. Airlines include Easyjet, British Airways, Monarch 
and Cyprus Airways. Norwegian & Cimber operate flights from Scandinavia. From April 2012
Ryanair will operate out of London Stansted to Paphos.

“The perfect place to relax.” We stayed at number 10 and found the villa to be the perfect place for a holiday. The Villa was spotlessly clean thanks to Paul and Andrea of “In safe hands”. It contains all the equipment you require or would have at home and is very comfortable. The views from both the terrace and bedroom balcony are just stunning, you can sit for a long time just taking in the scenery. We sat outside in the comfortable settee and chairs which was our favourite place, both day and evening. This is a tranquil place, with very little noise both day and night. The Villa is on the outskirts of a lovely typical Cyprus village, which is very close to the village of Latchi, where there are all kinds of water sports as well as half and full day cruises up the Akamas coast. Latchi has many good eating places for its size. Polis which is approx ten minutes drive from the villa, is the main shopping centre. “In safe hands” who manage and maintain the property, are very helpful whilst managing to remain unobtrusive.

“Lovely luxury villa in beautiful village, stunning surroundings.” I stayed here for a week in October with my husband and enjoyed every minute. The villa was large, bright and clean with all the facilities we could ever wish for. The garden with private pool was beautifully in bloom and we spend many hours soaking in the sun. The villa is a short walk uphill to the village Neo Chorio, where you'll find a village shop, a cafe and two excellent tavernas. I definitely recommend the tavernas where we had some great meals, I especially enjoyed the meze and salads. I would heartily recommend this place, and I am hoping to come stay again soon.

“An excellent, well equipped, very comfortable villa in a great location - bliss!” We had a fantastic week at Latchi Heights with our 3 small children! The villa was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and a very relaxing location! We visited the beach several times which was excellent for the children, and us! We ate out most nights at the marina restaurants and had very good food with excellent service! We will definitely book again but perhaps a little earlier in the year as it was very hot, esp for the children! Thank goodness for the air con at night - during the day, the sea breeze kept the villa cool! One negative was the gravel in the garden - which was very sharp in bare foot, so tricky with the children as it slightly restricted the outside space for them! However they spent most of the day in the pool!!!
