The open plan ground floor consists of a spacious kitchen area fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, large fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and wine cooler.
The formal dining table will comfortably seat six and for less formal dining the breakfast bar in the kitchen will comfortably seat four.
The living area is tastefully furnished with Italian style furniture and features a television (limited satellite channels) and DVD player.
The first double bedroom with en-suite shower room is situated on the ground floor along with a separate cloakroom. The remaining three double bedrooms each with en suite facilities and a private balcony are located on the first floor. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom.
Each of the bedrooms is equipped with an air conditioning unit for either cooling or heating which is included in the price. Additional, units are available in the living and dining areas at a supplement payable locally Euros 10 per unit per day.
A safety deposit box is provided and a baby cot and highchair can be supplied. The villa also offers Wi-fi internet connection.
Outside the impressive gardens are arranged over two levels. The first tier features a beautiful 11 metre x 5 metre swimming pool with a waterfall feature that cascades into a smaller paddling pool on the lower tier.
The extensive sunbathing terrace is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a poolside shower. A pergola provides a shady outdoor dining spot making full use of the barbecue and traditional clay oven provided.
The lawned area of the lower tier garden is perfect for children. This villa also has the use of a shared tennis court.

The Paphos region
Argaka is located on the coastal plains of the Chrysochous area away from the more mainstream destinations. Nourished by its own reservoir this agricultural area is well known for its abundance of citrus orchards.
The settlement of Argaka itself is divided into two parts, Pano Argaka (upper) located between the sea and the pine forest is the older of the two communities.
Here, traditional style architecture can be found amongst the narrow, winding roads and the traditional spirit of Cyprus is still very much in evidence at the local kafenion which provides a focal point for the village's residents to gather, exchange news and pass the time of day.
Kato Argaka (lower) is the newer settlement standing next to the sea. Although this area features more contemporary style residences, a small supermarket, a kiosk and a handful of tavernas dotted along the coastal road, the atmosphere is still very laidback.
A small supermarket & kiosk are within 4 kilometres of the villa.
The undeveloped beaches of the Argaka area stretch along a natural coastline of coarse sand, shingle and pebble. For a day here you will need to bring your own beach mat and umbrella.
Refreshments can be found at one of the tavernas scattered along the coastal road or you can take a cool box and lunch under the shade of the trees in one of the designated picnic areas.
The Polis area
Polis is the principal town for the region, huddled around a pedestrianised square where visitors and locals gather in the mornings to enjoy a coffee and watch the world pass by and in the evenings to dine at one of the wide selection of restaurants, tavernas and cafes which radiate out from the centre.
The town has an archaeological museum and cultural centre. Polis which is approximately 10 minutes drive away offers the nearest organized beach to the villas backed by tall Eucalyptus trees.
A little further along the coast from Polis is the seaside resort of Latchi with its recently opened 200 berth marina. Here you will find an array of inviting sea-front tavernas with a superb selection of fresh fish and seafood served daily.
Just beyond Latchi you will find the well known 'Baths of Aphrodite' and for nature lovers the protected Akamas Peninsular an area particular suited to walkers and adventurers who can explore the many criss-crossed nature trails.
The coastline of this area can also be enjoyed by boat with daily excursions available from the marina.
Polis and the surrounding villages count bowling, go-karting, fishing, cycling, water sports and scuba diving amongst the many activities on offer to the visitor.
The Minthis Hills Golf Course is approximately a 40 minute drive away. The town of Paphos with its World Heritage Sites, modern shopping facilities, waterpark and attractive harbour area is within a 50 minute drive.
