This beautiful luxury villa is situated within its stunning landscaped gardens and has a beautiful infinity pool offers the ultimate in bathing, relaxation and fun for the family. There is ample parking including an underground garage.
Marble flooring throughout the villa. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor with a bright and airy lounge, fully equipped luxury Italian kitchen with granite worktops, dining area, double bedroom and marble bathroom. Patio doors lead from the lounge to a large terrace, with pergola and feature stone arches which beautifully frames the view to the gardens, pool. Stairs lead down from here to the pool terraces and gardens.
On the first floor there's another large marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower and two double bedrooms with ample fitted storage areas. The real treat is the extended balcony which can be accessed from both bedrooms and covers the entire width of the villa. It has a table and 6 chairs, large umbrella, and a gas BBQ. From here you can enjoy views to the crystal clear turquoise sea.

The Paphos region
Argaka is an unspoilt Cypriot village situated between the sea and the mountain slopes. It is home to many fine restaurants and bars to suit all tastes and pockets.
Argaka has a sandy beach with clear warm sea. Views of the sunset over the Akamas Peninsula are outstanding. The tavernas are welcoming and very good value and there are two small supermarkets. About 10 minutes drive from the apartment lies the small town of Polis with its attractive main square where it is a pleasure to linger with a cool drink and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The town offers many restaurants, bars and cafes as well as a bank, post office, pharmacy, hairdresser and many interesting shops. Just a few kilometres further west is the small town of Latchi with its attractive harbour and well known restaurants serving a wide choice of food including many varieties of freshly caught fish. There is a water sports centre and boat hire.
The Polis / Argaka area
There are lots of activities in Polis and Latchi ranging from water sports, boat trips, fishing, go-karting, mini golf, nature walks, historical sites such as the Baths of Aphrodite, Bowling, Safari's, Sunbathing on the natural beaches, Cycle routes and much more.
The Latchi Tourist resort is only a 15 minute drive from the property and boasts a multitude of shops, restaurants, bar and night clubs.

Directions from Paphos Airport
Drive from Paphos Airport (there is only one way out) until the T junction and turn left towards Paphos. After about 1 km turn right and drive North, then after 1 km turn left to join the new motorway (A6) to Paphos.
At the end of the motorway you will find a roundabout. At the roundabout choose the 2nd exit to Polis (B7).
You will pass through (or by) the villages of Mesogi, Tsada and Stroumpi, Yiolou Skoulli in sequence.
You will arrive in Polis approx 30 min (from the end of the motorway)
As you enter Polis outskirts there is an EKO Petrol station on your left you will see signs directing you right towards Argaka, Pomos, Pyrgos. Turn right.
Drive straight on, you will see Papantoniou supermarket on your right (large yellow and green sign) immediately followed by another petrol station. Shortly after on the left you will pass a large school.
You will then come out of Polis and into Limni and pass a Go-Kart and crazy golf centre on your right, the sea is to your left, this is the coast road. 1 KM after the Go-Kart track, Sandy Beach villas is located on your left on the sea front. Turn left into the development and round a small left bend and turn right into the private road. Turn first left and Villa No.17 is teh second villa on the right as you enter the developmenrt.

We stayed at Sandy Beach Villas in July/Aug 2012 with our two children aged 9 and 5. The villa is excellently equipped with everything you could want. The villas are in a great position for access to Polis and Latchi where you will find many ameneties from a well stocked supermarket to great restaurants. The villa manager provided excellent service and was on hand if required. A thoroughly relaxing location with everything you could need.
