Beside a large communal pool the house has two bedrooms, both en suite. The full size fully equipped kitchen makes it a home from home for those who prefer to stay at home while the nearby restaurants offer a wide range of good food.
The 30 metre pool has an adjoining children's' pool where families can bathe safely. There is a second 15 metre pool at house F3 also available.
A car will let you explore the coast and hills but for those who simply want to stay local the shops and restaurants are within walking distance and low cost transfers to and from the airport can be arranged.

Welcome packs can be arranged if you are arriving at awkward times but there are two supermarkets within a five minute walk.
English is almost universally spoken so there is no problem communicating with the locals.
Remember, driving is on the left which makes life a lot easier.
This house is available in conjunction with a virtually identical house on the same complex about sixty yards away. Perfect for those who want to enjoy a holiday together but do not want to be on top of each other.

The west of Cyprus lives up to all the expectations of those wanting a warm Mediterranean holiday. With guaranteed blue skies and hot weather you can be assured that your plans will not be spoiled by climate. This area is not as overdeveloped as the east of the island and has a lovely relaxed and friendly air.
Polis lies on the coastal strip between the Mediterranean and the surprisingly dramatic hills of the interior. Cyprus is a fairly small island but it has some very "big country" which is only a few minutes drive from the coast. For instance, try Sunday lunch at The Paradisos Hotel in Lysos. Have a Cypriot style buffet banquet out on the terrace looking down the magnificent valley from the hills to the sea with views that rival any in the world.
The Polis area
For those looking for activities in addition to the pool, gym and jacuzzi there are many walking or cycling routes. The Akamas National Park is only a few miles away with dedicated trails etc. Full details of this and other local attractions are easily obtained fron the Tourist Office just off the "town square" where the main retaurants and shops are. Bikes etc are available for hire.
Also within a kilometre or two are mini golf, go karting, ten pin bowling and Minthis Hills Golf Course is about thirty minutes away. Sea and reservoir fishing are nearby and Latsi marina offers a full range of water activities and boat hire.
A major pleasure of Cyprus is the food, not only the local variety but a full international selection. Polis is well catered for - literally. You might also want to try Paphos itself or Coral Bay with everything from Italian to Japanese. You can also get some extremely good fish and chips!
In any event, a cooling beer in Polis "town square" (it isn't actually square) or a "light bite" is a must.

We spent our autumn holidays in this beautiful house which we found exactly in the same state as described on the website. The property has a high standard throughout, was clean and very well kept and the price is excellent value. Our kids enjoyed playing in the big and clean pool directly next to our patio and made friends with some nice boys from Scotland. The owner is very helpful and replied to any queries immediately, uncomplicated booking. The Polis area is a great place to relax. We would definitely come back. Ralf, Germany |

We stayed at house A4, our relatives staying in house F3. We found our stay very enjoyable, the house was well equipped, the complex kept well as were the pools. The owners were very helpful whilst we were arranging our holiday and even arranged a welcome pack for our arrival. A trip to Moustakallis restaurant in Polis is a must! Would definately recommend it and would certainly return there ourselves. |
