This recently completed first floor apartment will comfortable sleep 4 people with 2 using the sofa bed in the lounge area. It has all the facilities you would expect from a comfortably equipped apartment. The property is fitted with fly screens and air conditioning is also included. Smoking permitted on the balcony only. It has sea and pool views. Car hire is highly recommended to fully enjoy the surrounding area. The communal pool has adjacent changing facilities and internal showers.
Situated in the tranquil village of Neo Chorio with is quaint tavernas and restaurants. It makes an ideal base for those who prefer a tranquil location yet you have all the opportunities of discovering the Akamas and its natural beauty, with a variety of walks and spectacular scenery. Water sport enthusiasts are are also well catered for locally.

The Paphos District
Cyprus is renowned for its nearly all year round sunshine, you can step back in time and visit the Amphitheatre at Kourion and wonder at the artifacts on display, remember to take your camera with you, you also have the fantastic mosaics there together with The House of Eustolios, remember that camera and water!
Use your 4X4 to explore the Troodos Mountains or the nearby Akamas Penninsula, take in the scenery and aromas of Cedar Valley, fantastic! Remenber to make sure you have a full tank of petrol before you set out though as petrol stations are few and far between. Don't forget that camera and water!
Polis / Neo Chorion area
Neo Chorio is a traditional tranquil village situated overlooking the bays of Latchi and Polis.The Village has a restaurant and traditional coffee shops as well as the "Triskelion Pettery" where replicas of ancient pottery can be found.
Just on the outskirts of the village you have an intricate cave system.
On the coast road drive to Argaka stop off at the Ranch style bar to enjoy good food topped with an excellent view of the sea and lovely sea breezes. Further down the road you come across the "Half Way House" where the hospitallity is as wonderful as the kebabs.
Polis Chrysouchous about 4km away also has a pharmacy, optician, hairdresser as well as various shops. Polis also offers a fantastic range of restaurants covering a range of international cuisine. A must is to try a fish meze at "Psaropoulos Beach Tavern" situated just before Latchi which also has numersous restaurants and water sport activities available.
For those who enjoy the game of golf the closest course is Tsada Golf Club established in 1994, the first course designed by Donald Steel. Par 72 - 6,855 yards and located amongst vineyards, next to a 12th century monastery it is bathed in cooling sea breezes in the summer season. Tsada is a challenging course which has an excellent club house, swimming pool with all changing facilities and is only about a 30 minute drive away.
For those who want to go further afield within an hours drive you will find the Secret Valley Golf Club (Par 72 - 6,737 yards) a championship course surrounded by stunning rock formations and mature trees. Nearby is the Aphrodite Hills Golf Club (Par 71 - 6,855 yards) designed by Cabell Robinson another fine example of a championship course built on two plateaux which has spectacular views of the sea.
